custom cabinets, countertops, home remodeling, cabinet refacing
+ 2 moreThe planning process was fantastic and they met all our needs. The designer for the kitchen and bath worked well with us. We had multiple visits and they were very exact in their measurements and details which is why we went with them. When the installation process started, they were not careful when they installed the cabinets. We had just put up new sheetrock and 8 hour fresh paint on the sheetrock and it was damaged to say the least. Had given them explicit instruction to be careful and they were not. Took them 4 tries to install the handles on the cabinet doors correctly and 3 times on the cabinet doors. Because they were custom, they had to redo the whole door which ended up being very expensive. When I called to speak with the owner to talk about my disappointment about the installation, he yelled at me was not accommodating to the situation. He not only mocked me, but was very nasty and negative. I had to constantly remind him that I was the customer, but that didn?t seem to affect his tone with me. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had customer kitchen cabinets and a vanity for our master bath installed.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON THEM. THE CABINETS LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND BETTER THEN I EXPECTED. THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. I REALLY LIKED THEM.
Description of Work: I MADE A MAP DRAWING OF HOW I WANTED THE CABINETS MADE AND INSTALLED AND THEY FOLLOWED IT.
