Everything was okay. They were great. They were quick and prompt. They were actually able to get me in on a late Friday night.

Michael Lauretti came here, provided an estimate and did the job well. They cleaned up after themselves and even set up a great system in case I ever need to just shot the water off to certain places in the house. Awesome guy! I am a single mom and have a hard time trusting people and always expect them to try and pull one over. After reading all the posts about him on FB, I gave him a shot and it worked out great.

Basically the job never got done and their communication was extremely four. I left a grand total of seven messages between the office and the emergency cell phone number which one was returned. The plumber Michael did not return one call or handle anything in a professional manner. This is a rental property which he had full access to and was supposed to call me to meet him there if there were any issues or problems. Instead five days later I'm finding out that "he couldn't get the door code to work so he left". Meanwhile it's winter and I have a tenant who didn't have hot water for over a week now due to a combination of the poor quality GE how water heater sold at Home Depot and the poor response time and performance of this plumbing company.

Called Lauretti as authorized manufacturer reps for my on-demande hot water system due to a storm that caused an electrical surge that burned out the computer module on the unit - Lauretti took two weeks (yes two weeks without hot water, and having to shower everyday at the gym) to fix the unit. I didn't feel any sense of urgency for them to fix/replace my hot water fixture, called them everyday and I was most respectful, they didn't really acre and would get to me when they could (oh yes, aprts needed to be shipped in, and in the end the whole unit was replaced, and that could have been done day one.

I actually purchased my water heater through Lowe's in Southington CT. At the time, that was my only option. Lauretti Plumbing was the installer and I thought they did an excellent job. they're very punctual, neat and professional. They explained everything they were doing as well and cleaned up afer themselves also. I was well pleased with their service. Should I need the services of a plumber again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
