Mike contacted me the day after I went to Home Advisor and he gave me a quote right away, we set up a time and date, he showed up exactly when he said he would and installed the new water heater in an hour and a half. Works perfectly. Mikes a great guy and does great work. I highly recommend him and his company.

Mike was excellent to communicate with. First to call with reasonable price. We had an issue with the specs I gave him but he addressed at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend him. I will also hire him in the future for the other 5 water heaters I need to replace.

Very neat. Installs the new one and hauls away the old. Also warranties work for 2 years. Doesn't try to over price or over sell you something he knows you probably wont need. I highly recommend Lauretti. My hot water heater was not heating properly. Even though it is old, Mike explained that the unit seemed to be rust-free and in good condition. He showed me how to drain the hot water heater to get rid of sediment that accumulates in the bottom. He did not charge me for the visit, nor did he try to talk me into buying a new one. Beyond that, he arrived only two hours after I called about "noise in the hot water heater pipes." When my hot water heater finally dies or any other plumbing related issue arises, I will be sure to call him again.

Mike is very personable and did exactly what he said he would. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very neat too!! He will be the one I call when ever I need a plumber!

got quote from 6 other plumbers. All came in at 3500 to 3700. Lauretti Plumbing came in at 3000. Exact same tank- for a lot less. Nice guy. Great prompt service. Will use him every time

Great team. Mike was great with my estimate and communication. They checked out the heater in the Am and Tom was there by 12pm to install the new one. Allow for a couple hours but mine needed a pan and emergency drainage pipe to be installed because it was on the 3rd floor. Tom was extremely knowledgable and very helpful with other random/related questions. Support your local small business, forget home depot. Now im just waiting for the permit to arrive by mail, im sure it will. Thanks again ya'll.
