LaChance Tree Service

Like Aesop’s dog in the manger story. I received my quote on 6/5/20 and gave approval a week later. This would have been my 3rd time using Lachance even though they were almost 10% higher than another quote. I did not hear from them so I call 8/14/20 but no response. Called again on 8/19/20 and received a call back. He stated how busy they were but he said they would call. Called again on 9/18/20 no response. Today is 10/24/20. Now I would not let this company do the work even if it was for free. Four months, If can’t do it or don’t want the work be honest and say it.

Honest and hard working. Very clean and reasonable prices.

Great work but hard to communicate with

Called them for an estimate, wanted some trees trimmed and one taken down. Called numerous times with very slow response, finally said would be out but never showed. Got someone else that did job within 2 days of calling them.

He had a lot to do, he came when he said he would, his prices we reasonable and we will hire him again.

Reggie and his crew came in the morning and cut and cleaned up everything. Very professional and clean. Did not have to worry about anything .

They did a good job.

They never returned my initial call.

The guy was very friendly. They were very promptly and came the same day. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up afterwards.

It went well. He arrived on time and charged a reasonable price for the work.

Lachance showed up on-time fully prepared for the job ahead of them. They arrived with enough manpower and the right equipment to safely and efficiently perform the job. Upon removing the tree, they cleaned the area better than my yard service. The stump grinding took place a couple of days later. Again the work was done very nicely and the worker did his best to smooth the area to match the surrounding ground.

LACHANCE DID A GREAT JOB, AND THEY MADE QUICK WORK OF IT, TOO. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY DECENT CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE TREE. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS, TOO.
