+ -1 moreThe fire was on January 1, 2012. GC&R has still not completed the work. For one 6 month period, July to November, 2012, the GC&R Project Manager never even visited the site. For over a month in December and January we were without heat. They removed compressors for the air conditioning system and have not replaced them. When we contacted them six weeks ago about not having air conditioning it took more than 3 weeks for the Project Manager to even respond to us. He promised someone would be out to check on the situation between May 28 and 31 and no one ever came and we have not even heard from anyone at Green. There is a long list of things that were not done correctly, including installation of ceiling tiles on the first floor, lighting fixtures on the first floor. They were to replace picture molding in all the rooms on the second floor, skipped one of the rooms and then installed the wrong kind of molding which had to be taken down and replaced. They do not respond to phone messages or e-mails in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: After a fire which destroyed our Meeting House, GC&R came in and did remediation and was supposed to restore the Sunday school wing and Office wing to the condition they had been in before the fire. This included heating and cooling, installing new sheet rock, painting, replacing ceiling tiles and lighting. They told us they had over 2,000 photographs and could "put things back the way they were" before the fire.
