Very happy with service

The job was quoted quickly, and the work was also done quickly. A tall hickory tree was cut down in sections by an experienced climber. This method of taking the tree down left no lawn damage, which would have happened using a bucket truck. The four man crew did a great job and left the yard cleaned up with no damage. GM 2 will be recommended to anyone I know who is looking for a tree service quote!

Joe from GM2 Tree Service was the only contractor that called me to follow up after the site visit. He followed up again a few days later, with a phone call, inquiring if I had made a decision. This was one of the factors that caused me to hire GM2. None of the other contractors called me. All communication was through them was text message. Joe and his uncle also came out for second site visit when I informed Joe I had received a lower bid. Within the hour they were at my property surveying the tree and the property and agreed to match the other contractorâ s bid. The work was exceptional. The crew was prompt, professional, and from my observation very qualified and experienced with difficult tree removal. They completed the work in one day, despite the tree being about 75 feet high, entangled with another tree, and numerous power and communication lines within feet of the tree. They left the property with the least amount of damage to other shrubs and the grounds, again despite the size of the tree. They were very thorough with cleaning the site before they left. They also trimmed another tree on my property to remove limbs from my house. If you need trees removed or trimmed DO NOT HESITATE to hire this company - excellent customer service, knowledgeable and experienced crew, and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do on the job. This company was by far one of the best to perform work on my property, in the 22 years I have owned this house.

They did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things about it. Prompt, kept their word to remove all debris and clean. Pruned the entire back yard all climbing extremely high trees that were overgrown and blocking all the light. Worked so hard all day and we are so impressed. We will definitely have them back again to complete other projects. We highly recommend GM2!

The company was very prompt with the estimate. When doing the job they arrived on time, got in, did the work and were gone. They did an excellent job with the clean up after removing the tree. They cleaned up every branch and leaf. You couldn't tell that a tree was removed from my property. I would highly recommend this GM 2 Tree Service.

Hired the company (gave a deposit) in Feb to remove a tree. Kept calling them to schedule the tree removal. But they never scheduled it. I called and left messages and would not get a response. I had to keep calling to speak to someone and then would be promised a call back with when they would be able to remove the tree. But they would never call. Horrible communication and customer service. After almost 3 months of begging them to remove the tree, I gave them the ultimatum to schedule the removal or refund us. They promptly refunded the deposit and the employee dropping off the deposit said that the owner did not want to do the job. It would have been nice to know this months ago so that we could have hired another tree service. Ratings: Work Quality is unknown as they did not remove the tree. Customer Service is 0.5 of a star because they did not provide any. Value for the money... no value because they told me after 2.5 months that they did not want to do the job and returned my deposit.

At first we thought the work was done right until we had someone haul away the wood, we had a lot of yard damage that required a lot of work! Now i see why their price was so low and there was damage done to our neighbors house and it seem they keep dodging the neighbors regarding payment for damages for 6 months now!! Would not recommend unless you plan on fixing your yard over.

I am in awe of the work that GM 2 Tree & Landscaping performed today. The tree that they removed was a very large, old oak. It had snapped at its base in the last storm, and it was wedged against the stump on the bottom and two branches of an adjacent tree on the top. It was dangling on the corner of four properties. Other companies that I called were unable or unwilling to do the job. On the day I called GM 2, they came, gave me a price, and we signed a contract. They arrived on the agreed upon start date and finished the next day in 18 degree weather. They safely and skillfully removed the tree, it has branches, wood and debris. They cleaned up the entire area where they were working. (They even blew some of my fall leaves into a neat pile). There was a little sawdust on the street where they were using their chipper so they cleaned the street! They are professional, polite, skilled and hard working. They are really, really good. It is the first time I have used Home Advisor. Iâ m impressed.
