I think they are all overpriced. My husband wants to have Yukon woman's basketball so we have to have cable to get it. It's one of those odd channels that you don't get unless you get one of the big packages.

The costs involved are normally for upgrading, which I haven't done. I wish they had a better choice of channels. To have one movie channel, you have to buy the whole package.

They send people who actually know what they are doing. They are very god at what they do. Sometimes it is difficult to get a person on the phone. But once I get a person there, they take care of the issue very quickly and I never have had any problem with that.

I have been using them for about 6 years now. Their service is the worst I have seen in my life and there is nothing I can do about it because the complex I live in only allows the dishes. They have a monopoly here and there is nothing anybody can do about it. I get extended basic cable from them. I get more and more sports channels and at my age I don’t watch that much sports. There are a lot of duplicate channels with shows and times. Also it prints on the screen what I'm watching but a lot of times what prints on the screen and what I'm watching are not the same thing, and there's nothing here which allows me to see what shows are scheduled for a particular day or week. Their price is outrageous for what I get because I don’t get the channels I want. If I could get away from them I would.

Their Internet services were terrible, I lost my signal six or seven times a day. It took forever to load up, it took forever everything. I called customer services repeatedly and they were unable to fix it. If they had better service, better prices and good customer service, I would still be with them.
Description of Work: We discontinued Comcast Cable Internet and cable services on Monday.

I don’t have another choice here for services. Their bundles are going up in price. I don’t think they are favorable from a pricing perspective. Years ago when I tried to call them I had to hang on the line and wait until a representative answered the call. I didn’t get great service but I don’t have too much of choice. Moving the service is a hassle so I am kind of sticking with them. The pricing have gone up for TV. They have great introductory prices but they don’t last too long. The internet is fairly reliable. The phone lines and TV is reliable however customer service can be a problem. I don’t think they were punctual, I would remember if they would come on time. They are fine professionally.
