I called around 12:30pm looking for someone to come over and quote what it would cost to replace the whole tub faucet system. By 3:30pm someone was in my driveway waiting patiently as I returned from running out to the store. After some discussion, plumber Matt suggested fixing the dripping faucet for now, which would be a MUCH smaller cost than the whole system. Because of the older design, he suggested saving up and replacing the whole tub at once, which is what a previous plumber had also suggested, and not a surprise to hear. Faucet was fixed quickly and accurately. Very professional, cheaper price than previous plumber used, prompt service, overall very happy. Would definitely use this plumber again in the future!

Plumbers arrived at the beginning of the one hour time slot. Stated estimated price upon arrival and kept me updated. Work was done within 20 minutes. Provided suggestions for future improvement without bring pushy. Plumbers were professional and nice.

He provided us estimate on all the plumbing work we had; he took abt 45 mins to remove the clog. also provided a discount for Angie referral. He also chose to wear booties in the house

The provider came to evaluate our downstairs toilet. There was no plumbing issue. They gave me a suggestion for the maintenance of the unit. i was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality.

Workers were friendly, very quick, and efficient in making the repairs that were needed to get the water turned back on. Costs were not fair market value, but no bargain, however. I would definitely use them again in an emergency.

Jeff was very professional. Being an older house the access points to the line were not easily accessed. Jeff worked with us to determine the best approach and once a plan was in place quickly clear the line. He was very helpful in discussing options going forward to improve the condition of the line to prevent a reoccurrence. I would use Clog Masters again in a heartbeat

Why is it always a weekend with these things? This never happens at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. It was Saturday morning when we noticed a backup in the basement. We were lucky that we found it quickly and realized that the blockage was in the main line from the house to the sewer system so we didn't have an even larger and more unpleasant mess to clean up. After trying, and failing miserably, to clear it using a cheap drain snake we checked reviews on Angie?s List and online. Based on these reviews we called Clog Master. The person we spoke to on the phone said that she could have a plumber to us in about two hours. About an hour and a quarter later he called from his van. He made sure he had the correct address, said he would be at our house in 30 minutes and he was, pretty much to the second. After a quick look in the basement he confirmed the main line blockage told us that it was going to cost $270 and take about an hour if all went well. The last time this happened, about 5 or 6 years ago, a different company charged us over $400 for the same issue so we jumped on the offer and asked him to get to work. A little more than an hour later he was finished. He told us that under the house the line had a region of negative pitch, meaning that there was a bowed section that didn't allow free flow to the street. The pipe in this area can more easily become clogged and cause the problem to recur which is what happened in our case. Clog Master offered to call us in a year or 18 months. If we wanted at that point they would come out and, at a discount, check and clean the line to prevent further backups. This is a lot cheaper than having someone dig up the basement to replace the main line so we will likely to take them up on the offer. We were really happy with this service call, especially with the more than competitive price and fast response on a weekend emergency call. Everybody we spoke to was very professional and polite. The plumber left the work area at least as clean as he found it and he didn't seem bothered, or annoyed, while being peppered with questions by the kids. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and will use them again in the future.

They ran a plumbing snake through the kitchen drain all the way to the main sewer stack. They made sure they pulled out the wad of gunk and that the drain was flowing free and clear. They suggested that the drain line should be supported properly for better flow. They were only one of two responses to five calls and they were there the same day I called.

Everyone that I dealt with at this company to help resolve a septic back up problem at my mother's home was very courteous and professional. We initiated their service as an emergency on a Sunday and circumstance required follow up the next day. Because of the age of the home, septic access was a mystery but their staff remained diligent in research and property inspection and resolved the situation. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They came on short notice and cleaned my backed up sewer drain. I got to look over his shoulder while he explained everything he was doing. When he ran the camera into the pipes he showed me and the guy from MDC the problems in the MDC sections of my sewer. Both guys were very professional, the job went quickly and there was no mess to clean up.

Great! I was given a 2 hour window for their arrival (early afternoon) and they called 30 minutes before arriving and were in my driveway on time. I am the curious type and tend to hang around. They were polite an informative, even showing me the video screen they had form the camera on the end of the snake. Jeff and Tim were very polite and thorough. They came in and went right to work. One hour later the problem was found and fixed. They were careful to check all the fixtures to be sure there were on secondary blockages.

They did a good job, got my tub unclogged, were very prompt, friendly, easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We got hold of him and within a couple of hours he was there. He gave us a couple of quick calls to let us know where he stood on the job he was currently completing, so we knew he was coming and when. He got there and took some time to look over the plumbing and get a good idea how he wanted to approach the job and what he felt the problem was. He then gave us a number and we told him to go to it. In about an hour and a half he was cleaning up. When done, he sat with us and explained what had happened and what we could do to make sure it didn't recur. Very neat and mannerly, we'd use him again in a heartbeat!

I called to set up an appointment and scheduled for the next day (9/24/2013). I was given a time and was told that I would receive a telephone call to let me know they were on their way. I did receive a call and Jeff arrived at the scheduled time The drain was cleaned and checked with the video camera and everything is working fine. Jeff was knowledgeable and pleasant and I will use Clog Master again. Thank you!

It was excellent. The price was reasonable. I like everything about them. They came when they said they would. They did the job and they did the job that other people couldn’t do.

Clog Master is fantastic! I called a bunch of plumbers because I had a clog, and they were the only ones who responded! They came on a Friday evening in the summer to help me out, I will never forget that kindness. They arrived at 6 pm, and got right to work. They sent a camera down my sewer pipe and determined that there were roots growing into my line which needed to be replaced. I was doubly lucky because they only had to replace the line in my front yard and not dig out the street in front of my house. They got all the permits and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday morning, and they arrived bright and early to begin. They brought a backhoe into my tiny front yard and did all the work as specified, replacing a 12 foot section of old terra cotta sewer pipe with plastic, including a clean out in the front yard for future access. They were such hard working professionals who take the job seriously and did a great job at a fair price. Terrific people to work with and they deserve the highest rating!

They were wonderful. They used a camera and looked at my line and found that there was nothing wrong. I wanted to get a second opinion from Clog Master because I wasn't sure that I was getting accurate information.

They were very responsive. They went out to the house. The problem that was reported by my tenants didn't show up again so he basically left some information. We'd call them if there was ever an issue. He didn't charge us anything which was great, that told me that they are honest and anything plumbing related that we need for that house we will call them again. They easily could have charged us for a service call or something like that but they didn't. He just said if we have any problems in the future to call them and we will.

First, let me say that our house is in a historic area with lots of big trees and roots on the property. We have owned this 250 year old house for two years and most of the neighbors will tell you that clogged pipes underground are pretty common. So in the past year, we have paid one local plumber tons of money, had them come back several times, and they just did not diagnose the problem either deliberately or they did not know their stuff. On 5/22 we had sewage backed up into our basement. Any use of water in the house was pushed back by something clogging the drains. I left a message at about 7a.m. with Tim and he called right back from the road. Although he had crews out on other jobs, Jeff showed up around noon I believe and got right to work. The first thing that impressed me was Jeff's demeanor. He is very professional yet friendly and he communicated exactly what was going to take place that day, how much it would cost and was patient enough to answer all my questions. Second, was the equipment. They have very powerful, efficient equipment that blasts through clogs. Jeff did explain to me after getting into the job that because we had a stubborn clog way out almost to the road, all that blasting would create more mess, i.e. it would get worse before it got better. Again, an example of letting me know exactly what would happen, communicating all the time. I was waiting to here that the job would cost more due to the difficulty....nope. Still $500.00 In the end, we had working plumbing, no more clog and from there we had to get some bio hazard cleaning done. Dumb as it sounds, in hindsight I can see a once a year "unclogging" is probably a good idea around here. I will be calling Clog Masters again, no doubt about that.

I E-mailed for non-emergency appointment at 10pm. Chris called first thing in am. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. Arranged to come out about 4:30pm and tech would call first. Got called at 3pm that he, Jeff, was at house. He had to wait 20 minutes till I got home as he was early. Jeff, the service provider, could not have been friendlier or more professional. He quickly surveyed problem and went about resolving the blockage including fiberoptic scope of sewer pipe and doppler ultrasound to evaluate for more downstream obstruction. No other problem was found and job was completed within an hour without any mess. Price was $295. Paid RotorRooter much more for similar service 3 years ago. I could not be more satisfied. I can well understand the excellent reviews. Service was friendly, prompt, professional, and cost efficient. I would not hesitate to recall Clog Master if a similar need arises in future.

Sewer backed up, there was 5 inches of water in my basement, this company came over within an hour of calling them. They used a new technique with using a camera to see the line, and used a high pressure jet to clear out the blockage that was happening. They set up a program for me that they will come back next June at half price for a maintenance check up to make sure there is no blockage. He was very polite and cleaned up his work; his wife works with him and helps control the pressure line. Gave me a senior citizens discount without me having to ask him.

They were awesome. I fell in love with them. They were professional and personable. When they were there, we found out that my husband was diagnosed with cancer; they were very compassionate. They were also wonderful with my animals. They did their work and they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done perfect and the price was very reasonable. They took care of it really quickly. They were very cautious to not make a mess in the house. They got there immediately and didn’t make me wait. I was blown away.

Call 10am Sunday morning with no water. Grela was here by noon. Replaced well pump and water tank. done in 2 hours. Very professional and extremely quick to get here, even on Sunday
