Jeff and his son Jay took care of it late on a Saturday afternoon. Extremely professional and in good spirits throughout, in spite of a freak equipment failure that turned what should have been a quick job into a 3-hour ordeal. They stuck with it, and maintained their professionalism throughout. Highly recommend them!

It went very well. We were happy. They called within two days and arrived here on time. They also came back and fixed a minor problem with a running toilet. They did exactly what they said they would do.

I woke up this morning to a backed up toilet, flooded bathroom and flooded bathtub. I figured there was a clog in the pipe leading to the sewer. I checked Angie's List and found great reviews and affordable pricing for Clog Master. I left a message at 7:15am and got a call back in 15 minutes. She was very informative, courteous and helpful. I was given an appointment window between 11-1 and was told the plumber would call before he arrived. He called 25 minutes beforehand and was right on time. He quickly determined it was not a problem with the main sewer, but was a clog of calcium deposits in the pipe towards the sewer. He snaked the line, scoped it with a video camera and found that the line was clear all the way to the sewer. He checked the toilet, sink and tub to ensure everything drained properly. He also suggested to use a water softener to keep the calcium from building up. Their price was affordable and the 15 % discount I got for being an Angie's List member was great. I'm so glad I found them, am very satisfied and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Played a little telephone tag, but once appointment scheduled all went well. Contractor showed up within the one hour window agreed upon, unclogged drain fairly quickly and left worksite clean.

Clogmaster has great service. On the first day, I called to ask for someone to come out; they confirmed the day was full, but that they would try to have someone come out later in the afternoon. Though they were unable to service our issue on that day (due to a bigger job), Clogmaster kept me informed. They were able to come out the next day and the technician called before arriving at our home. Matt was personable and did terrific work. The installation was done well and he left the area as clean as when he arrived. We have had bad experiences with other plumbers over the years and I would not hesitate to call Clogmaster again!

He was able to come out the same day that I purchased this deal. Making the appointment was easy. He came out and unplugged a kitchen drain for us. He was helpful, accommodated us quickly, did a good job and was neat. If I had the need, I would use them again.

Aaron arrived punctually, was professional, wearer boot covers (it was a rainy day) and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Cleaned up the area, too. Great service.

They came in found the leak and removed copper piping and replaced with plastic as requested. Very neat and friendly. Looking forward to working with them on future needs. (replacment of boiler and removal of old copper pipes and replacing with plastic. Waiting on quote and hoping to continue to work with this company. They both seem to be very honest and not looking to empty your pockets.

Very pleased with the two men who did the work and the quality of the toilet. Angie's List said the toilet would cost $250. The additional cost ($45) was necessitated by the need to replace the original connecting valve. They are returning in a week because they brought a toilet seat that is the wrong color, and will exchange it for the correct color.

They cleaned up after themselved, I didnt have to do a thing, He came when he said he would charged what he said he would.

Tim was just fantastic. I found him to be highly knowledgeable, and he clearly enjoys the challenge of figuring out diffucult jobs. Which would describe our predicament. Two of our toilets seemed perfectly capable, but they just kept getting clogged. It wasn't the toilets' fault, if you know what I mean. Tim presented me with a handful of replacement options, and was very patient in talking me through their comparitive stengths. He installed the ones I chose at a reasonable price, and we haven't had a problem since. I should also add that he was responsive, punctual, and very easy to talk to - all the things you want when having work done in your home. Thanks again Tim!

Called at 12p, didn't get laughed at about someone coming out same day, was here at 4p, needed to leave to go get a part, but it was all fixed by the end of the day. Very personable on the phone when I called. Plumber was personable too. Very satisfied.
