Joe and Jeff were pleasant and returned the next day when I called to say I thought the tub had been scratched. I was wrong. It was a scuff mark which they cleaned up. I was embarrassed and they were very kind. They were very pleasant.

Clog master was very responsive, responding with prompt and professional service. The two plumbers that responded diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. They located the misalignment and explained that my back yard would have to be dug up to gain access to the pipe. In order to achieve access the steps to my rear deck would have to be removed. The company set up the job date a few days later. They completed the job as they stated they would. The stairs to my deck were put back into place and secured as they were before the work.

2 gentlemen arrived within the quoted time frame and were very quickly able to remove a clog that had defied my considerable efforts to dislodge. We were able to get service the same day which was great. They gave us a verbal quote and they were able to use a heavy duty closet auger that solved the problem. Both men were very professional and it was nice to receive the Angie's List discount. Based on this experience, we recommend them for any type of plumbing problem.

Joe was prompt and professional. We just moved into our house this yr and Joe discovered that what had appeared to be a curtain drain was actually a sewer cap that was painted over. He accessed our sewer line to clean out the clog and check the patency of the line.

I called about 10:30 AM for service and was given a window of 2-4 PM. Received a call at 4:06 that they were running late and would probably be able to get here within an hour. They showed up about 5:15, appraised the problem and quickly snaked the drain and cleared the clog. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves.

We need some major plumbing repair in the home and two gentlemen came to look over the situation. They described options for repair but did not give me detail about what was actually wrong; another plumber had been able to identify some specific issues. I learned they could also do boiler/water heater replacement so I asked they bundle together an estimate for me. They said they would go back to the ofc, talk to their boss, and send an estimate w/in a couple days. We are nearing mid July and NOTHING.

They weer prompt, courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

I purchased a Big Deal. It was ok. The water heater they brought was too tall, so they had to go get different one. The one they installed it worked fine. We had a furnace problem and the guy that came out said the water heater install was "Mickey Moused" together. He said it was pass inspection. It didn't cost anything more than the Big Deal. They showed exactly when they said they would. They were very professional.

The Toilet and shower started backing up in the finished basement..OMGoodness ...gross....we went into panic mode to save the brand new beige wall to wall carpeting.... ..Called Clogmaster and left a message...less that 5 minutes later received a call back. The team was here in 20 minutes. They removed the Clog and reinstalled the pump. They tested everything before they left. This all occurred on a Sunday morning during a winter storm. They did an awesome job.

They came in, assessed the situation (clog vs outside frozen outlet pipe). Fixed it in a jiffy and agreed to a second small fix. Would recommend and would hire again.

The people were courteous and professional. They explained everything in detail, clearly. Price was reasonable, used the Angie's List coupon!

Repair for a water heater. They inquired as to the age of the unit and it ends up it was under warranty. Thanks to that, it ended up only being a labor cost job. Thanks for the job well done!

I called Clog Master based on the excellent reviews I read. Shortly after updating my half-bath I noticed that the sink would gurgle when the toilet was flushed and eventually the toilet would clog. After speaking to a couple of plumbers (they didn't come to the house), I was told that it could be the vent on the roof. It sounded like it wasn't going to be an easy problem to diagnose since no one could tell me definitely what the problem was. I then called Clog Master and spoke to a very nice woman who said she would send someone out the next day which she did. I explained the problem to the young man that showed up who was also very nice, however, he didn't seem to have much experience. He told me what he didn't think it was, and therefore didn't want to do anything that he would have to charge me for if indeed it wasn't the problem. I appreciated that, however, he did not offer any solutions and just kept flushing the toilet. I told him it didn't always clog. At one point he called someone I assumed another plumber, but I guess he wasn't successful in getting any suggestions from that person as to what the problem could be. Finally he said he was going to leave and think about the situation and talk to someone and get back to me. I told him to call me on my cell phone so I wouldn't miss the call and he said call me and I will then have your number in my phone, which I did. To date I still have not heard from him or anyone else at Clog Master. I eventually called another plumber who came in and asked me all kinds of questions and based on my answers said what he thought it had to be. And it appears that he was right. It was very disappointing to call a company that had such great reviews only to find out that they are unreliable and not much help in solving a plumbing problem.

Provider was quick, professional and efficient on a Saturday afternoon. Judging by reviews he discounted the price significantly because husband dug up the septic cover before they arrived which we really appreciated. Coupon advertised (15% off) is apparently not good on Saturdays but it does say restrictions apply and clearly he gave us a discount before he even gave us the bill because we had dug up the cover. End of the story? Clean pipes. No clog. Fast service. Happy wife!

Hoping this has solved our problem, toilet is flushing, smell is gone. We would not hesitate to call Clog Master again if we have a problem.

We had what appeared at first to be a clogged drain pipe. It was almost immediately apparent to them that the issue might be a septic system problem. They found the cover, dug it out and I called for the system to be pumped and checked the next day. They told us that if there was still a problem they wouldn't charge us the full rate to clear out the main line.

Everything went great. The crew arrived quickly and were polite and professional. We have had no further drainage problems. They did let us know that there was a fair chance that the problem would recur within a few years as it is the nature of roots to continue to grow. They told us about a liner that could be placed along the inside of the pipe, but we opted not to do it at that time. We would definitely use their services again.

The company could not perform the work. The location of where my toilet sits could not fit the toilet that was a part of the deal.I was told to expect a call between 1-3PM and I didn’t receive it. I had to call the company myself and didn’t get a time frame on when to except a person to come out. A person finally showed up a 7PM. There was no communication.

Aaron from Clogmaster solved a problem that had stumped numerous other contractors: he located the source of the sewer smell that was filling a room in my basement and wafting up the stairs to the rest of the house. Once he located the problem, he fixed it very quickly, and much to my amazement and delight, the smell is now totally gone! He could have given up because the answer wasn't obvious. Instead, he persevered, and by patiently analyzing various possibilities, he gradually zeroed in on the cause of the problem, a poorly capped "future vent pipe" hidden in the insulation above the dropped ceiling of the smelly room. Once he found it, the solution was simple. But finding it was not simple, and I am forever grateful to Aaron for his detective work this morning!

I had another company that had given me a quote, and they were supposed to come and fix it, but they kept on postponing it, so I was in a fix. I then called Clog Master who said they could come and do it the next day, and their cost was comparable, so I got them to come and do it.

It went great. They arrived on time, were personable but professional. They lived up to what I read on Angie's List. The only reason we had gone with the other plumbers first, is we had a history with them, but no longer. We plan to have Clog Master out on a regular basis to check our line. I highly recommend Clog Master.

Called for appointment on Monday to ask if they would come that Wednesday. They showed up Wednesday on time. Very nice, polite and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Woman who took the appointment was very polite too.

Professional service. Easy to schedule appointment. Showed up on time as scheduled. Worked smartly and cleanly at dislogging sewer drain clogs in main sewer pipe. Used camera to visually see nature of clog (in this case tree roots) and effectiveness of eliminating clog. Great tool as you don't have to guess what caused the plugged up drain and if you missed any other areas of potential clogging which if not checked could result in having them return in near future . They made several helpful suggestions about eliminating the problem. Highly recommend this company and service.

Clog Masters LLC is fabulous!! They came the same day we called to schedule the appointment. They were here much earlier than we expected. By the time they got here the sink wasn't draining at all & they had it all fixed within a half-hour. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them the anyone without reservation!!!
