Description of Work: Removed tree roots from sewer drain running from the basement to the street. They did one clearing on a first day and returned with bigger machine and stronger machine on a second day to make sure the job was complete.

Description of Work: Clog Masters came out for a quote and were on time to do the work. The work was excellent and their price for services was very fair. I would definitely re-hire them in the future.

Description of Work: They fixed a leak in an outside faucet that was costing me $ in terms of leaking water. They explained how that particular fitting can leak and replaced it with a better quality one. While they were there I sought Matt's advice on a few other minor plumbing issues which was both educational and saved me money in terms of the action I will now take. High class outfit- would trust them and use them again.

Description of Work: Nothing. They never showed up. We had an appointment scheduled for 8-10 am never got a call never showed up. I tried contacting them by phone around 1230 it either went to a voicemail or the voice mail hadn't been set up yet. I did hear back from Tina apologizing that there was a mix up with the schedule and wanted to see if we would be available between 4-6pm on the same day. I said we would be. I was informed Mike would be the one coming and again we would get a call when on the way. At 5:45 we still hadn't heard from anyone. Called Tina again and she said she was going to check and see what was going on. By 6:30 we still hadn't heard from anyone. I have a bad leak from my bathroom into my basement that I wanted fixed. They had such good ratings and reviews but I seriously don't know how if this happens. Very disappointed we had to waste an entire day literally when if they weren't going to be able to send someone we could have tried to get another plumber. We understand things happen by there is horrible communication with this company and I would not recommend them even after trying to give them a second chance.

Description of Work: Repair of a frozen pipe and toilet that froze and burst. Very polite, punctual, and clean. Did extra work after they got there for minimal additional cost. Kept me in the loop with each part of the repair process, from the estimate to final completion.

Description of Work: Cleared a clog 40 feet out, lots of turns. It's was a grease clog or something. They were 4 hours late. A call would have been nice. Everything else was professional.

Description of Work: They unclogged pipes for the 2nd floor master bath. The scheduler worked with me to get me a time that best suited by schedule. It worked out wonderfully without me having to take time off from work. Highly recommend Clog Masters.
