Description of Work: My garage door would not operate and my car and I were trapped inside. It was my good fortune that another customer had just called to reschedule an appointment, and Carlson was able to accommodate my panic call within an hour. The problem was a broken spring, which they replaced, as well as tightened all screws and lubricated hinges on the door. They also tightened the screws and lubricated hinges on the second garage door, which is on its own system. They explained what needed to be done, did not try to sell me other services, were both professional and personable-- and I had my freedom back in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Carlson to others.

Description of Work: Fixed the alignment of the door with the rails. Knew what he had to do, and made no attempt to sell me other products or services. Very clean experience, unlike others who were more interested in me unnecessarily replacing equipment.
