Went great. They came out to estimate and had a catalog with him. Answered every question honestly. We selected a door. It came in when they said it would, set up appointment, they installed and cleaned up well. Great communication and service!

Very professional. Carlson Garage Doors did exactly what they promised and the communication was excellent, calling to let you know when they will be there to get the work done and showing up precisely on time. Great company to deal with. Personally, I prefer to work with a family owned company like Carlson rather than a large company. They showed up on time. They were professional, pleasant, polite, and just easy to work with. I like that they even showed me and thoroughly explained what the problem was. They were able to fix everything, and proactively inspected everything else for me.

Picked up phone and came out within the hour - infact arrived a little earlier than stated which was a pleasant surprise. Polite, pleasant and quick. Would call out again and recommend strongly.

Cables attaching garage door to spring snapped. Carlson was first to call me back, scheduled for the following week. Were prompt, completed service in about an hour. Professional. Fixed problem, no fuss, cleaned up nicely, didn't try to sell me any new products. Would use them again.

He did what was needed and he didn't try to add any different services or fees. He did a wonderful job. I called a few people and he was the first one to respond. I would use him again.

Met with Paul less than two weeks earlier- picked out door and he advised doors would be in with in two weeks. He called about a week and i/2 later and asked if he could come the next day. I left for work but I think they arrived around 9:00 am. I did not need to be there...just left opener in a place they could find. They called once to verify placement of windows on doors. I got home around 1:30 and they were almost done with the job. They were very friendly and cordial. By 2:30, they were done and then went through how to operate everything. They cleaned the area and swept garage. I wrote them a check for the work. They left me all of the paperwork for all products installed as well as their card if I had any questions or problems.

Mr Carlson (a father and son operation) quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to it at installation. Was friendly and polite, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, spent more time than he thought he'd need to take because he ran into some issue. But did not charge anything extra. This was for my mother's home. He heard me say to my mother that I would pull out the owners manual for her car and activate her car's remote key entry for the new garage door opener. Mr Carlson said he'd be happy to do that for her. I had recently had the same opener installed at my home in NJ and this job was done equally well but for less money. Highly recommended!

Very professional company and punctual, too. They did what they said they would do and for the price quoted to me over the phone. No hidden charges. They cleaned up after themselves and even adjusted the spring tension before they left. The quality of the parts and installation are top-notch. Be sure to spend some time with them on the phone BEFORE they come to your home. They were very eager to come out and replace my opener, but I had to ask several questions before I knew exactly what to expect when they showed up. Ask: What brand do they install? They seem to carry only one brand of opener. Fine by me, I just wanted to be sure it was a quality name-brand Ask: How much do they charge? Duh... but they were ready to simply show up without having this discussion. That being said, the price charged was exactly the price quoted over the phone. Ask: If the price includes removal and disposal of the old opener? Ask: Is that the price for a 1/2 horsepower or 1/3 horsepower.

The original garage doors were over 20 years old and showing their age. They responded quickly to give an estimate. Work was done professionally. I am satisfied with the job.

He was extremely helpful, finishing the whole job in about 20 minutes, and taking the time to lubricate and check my other doors as well, for no additional charge.

Needed to replace a faulty garage door opener. He tried to fix my current one to save me money, but it was done. Quoted me $400 and cost came in at $395. Great people and very quick response.

The day I made the appt. he asked several pertinent questions to make sure he could finish the job the same day. He said he'd be at our home the next afternoon between 12-1 and was prompt. He explained what he was going to do and was finished in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable, he was cheerful and a very nice man. We will definitely use him again for future garage door issues.

The gentlemen that came out could not believe that it had been put up so shoddy, because it had not been reinforced to hold the weight of the unit. They did a terrific job in a short period of time.

THEY HELPED US PICK OUT THE RIGHT KIND OF DOORS FOR US & DID AN EVEN BETTER JOB INSTALLING THEM. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED & THEY CALLED US 2 DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE WE WERE STILL SATISFIED.
