Description of Work: Relocated a bunch of bushes and shrubs, planted several new ones, planted new grass, repurposed some stone for a small decorative wall. Crystal and Brian were great. Crystal came out to the house once for a lengthy consult and probably won our business on her advice alone. She recommended a collection of plants to meet our needs, and then over a few days executed her plan, even as we through her one curveball after another. We were very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use C&B again. Thanks!

Description of Work: They cleared multiple hilly areas in my yard of weeds and built a 120 foot long retaining wall.

Description of Work: Crystal was wonderful. She came out on Sunday before the storm and removed the Hemlock branches that were hanging down on top of my roof and disposed of them. It took less than 30 minutes but saved the roof. I would recommend her to anyone.

Description of Work: I had CB come out and provide a quote for services in late July, in early August I gave CB the approval to proceed with the work with the expecation it would be done in early September. From that point forward, things went down hill, CB continuously pushed my job out making promises of sending emails, and delivering the work over a weekend. Finally, after ~3 delays, I decided CB was not interested in the work and I'm sure their response will be they were if I had just waited. My question is how/why should I keep waiting and being told the work would be done the following weekend, this shows me they had little interest in my job and didn't feel it was a priority. The most upsetting part of this experience was, we wanted to have the landscaping done before our son's 2nd birthday party with all the relatives coming over, after I informed CB after the 3rd delay that I needed it done before that (1 week later) I never heard back from Crystal again. Poor Poor Poor experience, I am really upset that her delays kept me from getting this work done in 2012. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone!!! You have to respect your customers and their willingness to be flexible, I guess she felt she could take advantage of mine.

Description of Work: Mivhael & Crysal installed a 15 X 30 foot patio under my exisitng deck (what was tere was weeds & old paver from my attempt several years ago to put itn a deck - use a professional). They made recommendation on the type/style/cost of the pavers to be used as well as the subgrade materials (my dad was a civil engineer so i knew they were recommending the right stuff); told me exactly what they would do and how they would do it. And then, they did exactly as they promised. Very efficient, professional and tidy. I have used the patio a great deal and have had many compliments on how nice it looks. One of the best things I have done in a long time. They also do my snow removal just as quickly and efficiently.And I will use them again for other hardscape projects.

Description of Work: C & B cleared our roof of snow this past winter. They did a great job, were prompt, and their price was quite reasonable - especially considering how high our roof is! We recommended them to friends for snow removal as well as landscaping - everyone has had nothing but good things to report back to us.
