+ 1 moreThe job went very smoothly and fast actually. Materials were ordered and here on time. The whole process went very well and anytime a challenge (whether it was structural or design) came up a swift and effective solution was crafted and executed by Mr. Kovatch. Definitely will use again. I have a pool and deck to be built and another addition above my garage which I will be calling High Ridge Builders for.
Description of Work: High Ridge Builders helped me revise and design my rough blueprints that I had drawn myself. Then assisted me in going through the permit process. I was originally going to GC this project myself (an addition on my home) but after seeing the amount of things that I was going to have to take on I relied on John Kovatch to take me the rest of the way. The city even made me have my house evaluated by an structural engineer and requested a load bearing plan to be drawn up in order to get a permit and Mr. Kovatch assisted me with that as well. Then the actual work was performed which started with the demo, structural re-vamping, heating and cooling and plumbing overhaul and the actual addition which was a 2nd floor addition, with a re-modeled kitchen as well and some other odds and ends throughout the house.
