this provider did not service my area so the purchase was refunded

His service was not for Westchester. He was very polite and refunded my money. I wouldn't be writing this review but I don't know of any way to stop the emails asking for this review.

The work that I needed done did fit within their limits. It would have ended up being a couple thousand dollars whereas I thought it would be a few hundred. They were very responsive to my call.

I asked her for a statement and she didn’t give me a statement, she gave me figures over the phone. And these figures were highly ridiculous. It was very unimpressive. They used it as a way to get the promotion because she was following a promotion. The quotes came in at 25-30% of what she charged. When asked to give me the quotes in writing, there was no answer, she did not back it up in writing. I have tentative offers for that job for $2,600 and $2,700 and those were not the lowest price that I got. She did not come across to me as a trustworthy person. I have a nice looking house in a relatively extensive city and she came from a different type of city. I think that she was swept off to come up hoping that I am stupid enough to fall into her trap. I was not impressed with her professionalism.

Sheila (owner) was very nice to come to the house on a Saturday to meet me and go over the work to be performed. We scheduled a date for her to return with her mason during a weekday and the work was performed. When I noticed that one of the items on the list was missed, Sheila apologized and had the mason return within a week to finish. Overall, the work was done well, timely and courteously.

Went quickly, mostly done in one day. I didn't like the depth of the bottom step and they immediately changed it to my satisfaction. Looks great and I'm very happy with the finished job. I am in the process of planning expanding the project during the coming spring to include planters and another stone entrance.

lSheila comes across as honest and forthright so I felt comfortable with having her outfit doing this work. I might have some added work done on this patio in which case I would certainly use them. Everything proceeded as discussed and there were no problems in either the timeliness or workmanship. Good Job !!

Sheila was very responsive and very helpful. I purchased a "deal" and used it to have some crumbling firebricks replaced in a fireplace. Sheila came to estimate the work and determine what materials were needed etc. She was very knowledgeable about all things relating to stone, so I asked her to prepare some estimates for me for some repairs and also for extending a terrace. Very shortly after her visit, she called with the estimates and we scheduled the work on the fireplace at that time. It all went smoothly and in addition to the firebricks, the mason worked on the fireplace surround to make sure there was no fire risk. I was delighted with the work and the introduction to the company. I did not schedule any additional work based on Sheila's estimates ... but I will revisit them next year when I plan to have additional work done on my home.

We didn't have a positive experience. It was basically an upsell and as soon as we said no to the tens of thousands of other work they insisted they had to do, we got bumped down in their schedule and they did an awful job.

Pricing and communication were great!! Work and professionalism not so much. The mortar to hold the loose stones was very deep in and only under the stones. It didn't match the rest of the wall. When I stated to her what I thought her response was well I think it looks great. Guess my opinion didn't matter. I know I said I wanted a quick fix but I did pay for 4 hours labor so it should have had more effort put into it. He showed up just before 2 and left just after 4. But he had lunch in my driveway before he started but still let's call it 2 hour hard work anyway. Don't forget I paid for a 4 hour deal!! Understanding tools need rinsed I was okay with the spilt mortar near the wall and in the grass. The fact he swept the sand out of the back of his truck in the corner of my driveway way not okay. In the end I feel like I received 2 hours work at the regular price. Not a good first time experience tryin the deals offered through Angie's list.

Not well. The boss, who had come originally to see and estimate, brought a worker. She charged an extra $50 for concrete that would be needed -- it was not used, but money not refunded. She complained about the distance to the house, though she had been here before. The worker did a rather careless job, cracked a large lovely rock that was already in place, glibly cracked rocks with no sense of the esthetics. Then when he was done, he tossed the carefully selected (by us) matching rocks into the property carelessly breaking an azalea. We had previously discussed paying for additional time to repair the wall of waterfall, but worker not willing and left after lifting one stone, as the prepaid time was up. Unsatisfactory experience.

Service provider wanted to upsell me from $99 to $5,000 on a much larger job. I specifically asked for a small patch job. I sent them an email a few weeks ago asking them to do a very small repair instead of the 5k job. They did not respond.

The mason arrived on time, took the time to explain what he was doing, identified other places that needed repair and performed the repair to my satisfaction.

I wanted to extend the chimney cap to the edge of the bricksI could do this myself in about 2 hours but I thought for 100 bucks let someone else get up on the roof and do it. They called and said that in the time allotted they could not extend the chimney cap one inch out to the edge of the brick and then asked for pictures to estimate the cost at time (Fishy that they knew it would take longer than the time but hadn't seen the project). She was polite and professional on the phone and sent a follow up email with the address to receive the pictures. I sent them and then never heard back form them not even to check up why they had not received them if that is their excuse. They seem quite happy to take the money and forget about it. I am sure when this review comes out it will suddenly be important to get a hold of me again. I would rather loose the 100 bucks and keep someone else from having to deal with them. Beware of them.

Sheila was great to work with and very competitive with her pricing. Arthur took 2 days to complete the job and did so in a very professional manner. His work was great and very thorough. He even allowed my wife to have the kids all put their handprints in the newly poured cement! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks

Sheila arrived with her mason. they reviewed the work. I had purchased the special offer of 4 hours of masonry for 99.00. so it worked out perfectly. Artur was the mason and he quickly looked at the cracked and missing joints and went to work. He cleaned out the joints, swept away all debris and then filled the joints with new mortar. He cleaned up right on time. they honored the 4 hours and did the work so no complaints at all. I would use them again.

Response to the Provider response. You contacted me once last week with no response when I called back. I finally heard from you twice on Monday which was almost a week later when the contact was made to you initially, by that time had already decided not to even use your company as the feedback stated so did not contact you back. We are using someone else from Angie's list. Contacted company on Tuesday and then on Wednesday to get an estimate for a 8 by 10 concrete pad. Left message both times. Finally received call on Thursday from them on my voice mail. Called them back within the hour and had to leave another message. It is late Friday now with no call back what so ever. Very poor communication.

Went great. Sheila is very responsive and if she doesn't answer the phone directly, calls you back in less that 15 minutes. They were very efficient, on time, provided a reasonable quote (for a job which was far greater than the Angie's List deal). The masonry team that came were very nice, ensured everything that needed protection was protected and cleaned up afterwards. On top of that, they did great work! I highly recommend them.

Arthur the mason did a very professional job and Shiela Davis,overseeing and arranging the work did a thorough job in reviewing job beforehand and making sure that the mason had materials,etc. After the work was done ,Shiela phoned to ensure that the work was satisfactory. Job was tardy in getting started due to demand on price reduced offer.

It went fine. Webstone called and came out. They took a look at what I wanted them to do, and we decided that it was not work for a mason, but probably for a roofer instead.

I purchased a big deal from them. A woman came out who was very nice. She went over the paver walkeway. The only reason I did not use her was because the quote was very high.

Scheduling was a bit bothersome. There were multiple phone calls going back and forth but we finally got it together on a date. Nothing I would stop using the provider for and they were perfectly nice. The day of the actual work, I wasn't at home, so the workmen did their work and I got a follow up phone call with a bill. Unfortunately, they had forgotten to do the foundation repairs that I had also asked for so they had to do a follow up visit shortly afterwards. The workmanship, however, was superb. I have no complaints about the work and at the end of the day that's what I'm paying them for. I would certainly use them again, though I think I would be a little more explicit about writing out instructions and supervising the work next time.

Sheila was very nice, though it took her a long time to get to us, ( appreciate she is busy. She went to the house when my husband was there, we had asked for one service, but she ended up given an estimate for a combo of 2 services which we had not asked for. She has asked my husband if he would be interested in fixing the path too and he said probably no, but she said she would give us to separate estimates , one for the steps alone and one for the steps and path when asked to split them, It was obvious she was not interested as she took only a fraction of the estimate off. I had already received 2 other estimates which were 1/2 the price of her quote so we decided to use another provider
