+ -1 moreI would say they were pretty committed. They were definitely always available by phone by the owner. They were very prompt in returning phone calls. They were reliable.
Description of Work: They did hardwood sanding and sealing upstairs and in the stairwell, and they put a runner up the stairs and down the hallway.

+ -1 moreIT WAS GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I REFERRED THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. HE CAME TO ME. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THERE. HE BROUGHT ALL THE SAMPLES TO MY HOUSE. IT WAS ALL BROUGHT TO ME. THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT ON A SATURDAY MORNING. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS ALL AT MY CONVENIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK ALL THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOM. THEY TOOK THE BEDS APART, PUT THE CARPETS IN, PUT THE BEDS BACK TOGETHER AND PUT THE FURNITURE BACK IN.
