I rarely write reviews, but great service and value deserves recognition and Katon really impressed me. This man was on it from the get-go; I got a call within minutes of posting my job, he quoted it over the phone, which surprised me and frankly made me a bit cautious at first - but he stood by his quote when he arrived and did the job exactly as described. Katon showed up the very next day (precisely on-time, which seems such a rarity these days) to complete the project and he worked like a champ start to finish. Katon exceeded expectations and he will now be my go-to electrician for future projects. It is so hard to find a good, reliable tradesman at fair rates these days; in our experience, Katon is the real deal.
