+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with the work these gentlemen do with my very old and very large boiler. They clean out the system well and always keep the unit in top working condition. The men that come are clean and very professional. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I had them come out twice to clean my large boiler, which heats my 3500 square foot home. They do this three times a year as part of an ongoing service contract. They use some form of chemical to clean out any corrosion and they also check the ducts. All left over material and waste is taken away by them when they leave.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER. THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE OF THE LARGEST, IF NOT THE LARGEST, HOME HEATING FUEL COMPANIES IN THE AREA. ALL THE OIL COMPANIES IN FAIRFIELD ARE EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE UNLESS YOU GO TO A BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANY. I HAVE A STANDARD HEATING UNIT SO THEY ARE ABLE TO LOOK AT IT AND TELL RIGHT AWAY IF IT IS OKAY.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, I FEEL THAT THEY WERE RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE, BUT THEY ARE SOMEWHAT OVERPRICED. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. I DO FEEL SAFE AFTER THEY LEAVE BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT YOUR FUEL DEPOT TO EXPLODE.
Description of Work: I BELIEVE THAT THEY JUST CLEANED THE FURNACE. BASICALLY IT WAS JUST THE BURNER AND CLEANING THE NOZZLES AND MAKING SURE IT WAS RUNNING TO PROPER HEAT EFFICIENCY.
