Very happy with the installation and the service provided on my new A/C , Heat Pump unit.

I absolutely love this company! They are so knowledgeable and efficient, with a great price! We have used them for 2 properties and will continue to hire again!

Ramon & his crews arrived on time, secured permits needed, performed all work scheduled and completed the project on time. Also followed up with us to insure everything was working as expected. The workers were also very conscientious about keeping work areas orderly and cleaned up at the end of the day and during the day, made sure doors to the outside remained closed so pets could not accidentally get loose.

I have posted elsewhere but R&R deserve a separate post for their professionalism, promptness and poise! I found R & R on my own without Angi help. Here is the first review: "If I could I would add a sixth star to this review! I have a son with a medical condition that requires a cool environment. Even though Junior had a full day, he fit me into his schedule very early in the morning! I was happy that he found a way to accommodate us. It is unusual for a company to take a compassionate view of the customer's medical needs and prioritize appropriately. In addition to the professionalism, Junior was polite and poised! He worked efficiently to solve my heat pump problems. I highly recommend R & R Heating and Cooling!

We were very happy with the service we received from Ramon, Jr., and their crew. We had our 35 year old heating and cooling system replaced with a new high efficiency system. It was a big job and everything was done neatly and works great!

They were very helpful and explain to me what they were doing. I ask do they offer service contracts and they do.

Ramon and his team did a great job installing my new boiler. I had a very old outdated setup and he replaced the boiler and piping no problem. My basement heating system never worked when we brought the house and he was able to make it work and the kids can now play in the finished side all year long. His attention to detail was great. He even reorganized the boiler system giving me more space in my basement which I didn’t even consider. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. Ramon was incredibly thorough in terms of checking everything. Anytime there's any issue I can call him and troubleshoot through the phone, and if not, he'll come over and fixed it.

I had purchased a new digital thermostat and needed it installed. Ramon & his son installed it within an hour, replaced the outdated wiring to the gas furnace and made sure it was working. Overall, a great experience and a fair price.
