Melanie was great. On-time and very professional. She also was really great about the short notice and coming on a bank holiday.. Everything she cleaned was sparkling. However, some things I would have liked or assumed to be cleaned were not, including vacuuming, which I asked specifically to be done. I was a little disappointed with the overall results.
