Description of Work: This was a special deal, $50 for 5 rooms of cleaning. Breno Mattos was the contact and he was very responsive. Three women showed up, on time, and did an excellent job. I was so impressed that I have used them again.

 + -1 moreThe boss of the company came to my house along with 3 women who did not speak much of English. They were very quick at their tasks to clean 4 to 5 rooms but the quality of their cleaning skills were fair to poor and maybe due to them rushing.

 + -1 moreI responded to a coupon offer. The group of three arrived nearly 1.5 hours late, but they had called to let me know. Clearly they were not prepared for the response ot the offer. They worked very quickly and thoroughly. I had no complaints about the quality of the cleaning, which took about 2.5 hours. I thought they could have spent a little more time and gone more slowly, however, a feeling confirmed when a light fixture was broken. They did all they could to repair it and throughout were gracious and professional.
Description of Work: Lovely people and sincere, but overwhelmed with the response to the coupon offer. Arrived very late. Rushed through and broke and expensive light.

 + -1 moreCalled and made an appointment; had to reschedule and they very kindly did so. Arrived and vacuumed and mopped our floors, cleaned our refrigerator and microwave, sink and oven in kitchen. Windexed the widows and slider, polished all furniture, cleaned under the cushions of sofa and all chairs, cleaned the woodwork in all the rooms and the blinds. Great job on tiles, tub, marble floor, sinks and toilet in bathroom. Great job in make-up room, make-up table, mirrors, bureaus, etc.
Description of Work: Excellent job of cleaning my home. Paid $50 as promotional to clean 5 rooms. First time that I have not had to re-clean after a cleaning service. Have since hired them to clean my hope bi-monthly!

 + -1 moreThey arrived 2 hours before the designated time. I told the person in-charge to come back in two hours. He said they have to go elsewhere and must clean my house now. I said no. They called and texted later tried to set up another appointment but I wasnt interested anymore.
Description of Work: I bought the deal and set up the appointment. Didnt let them perform the service, see below for reason. I asked AngiesList to refund. The refund was quick! amazingly quick!

 + -1 moreThis is the second time in a year I have used their services, so I am an 'occasional' customer. They do a very nice job, and since there are three people, there at once it is very quick, about 1.5 hours for 5 rooms, which I like, rather than one person taking 4+ hours. They charge by the room, which I am not crazy about as some rooms, such as the kitchen and bathroom, need a lot of work, but for others, I just need vacuuming and dusting. But it does all seem to work out well in the end - just let them know exactly what you want and they will do it, such as the cleaning the kitchen hood and details like that. I am happy they can fit me in on an occasional basis, and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Cleaned five rooms, from detailing the kitchen stove and bathroom glass shower to just vacuuming and dusting the dining room and bedroom.

I almost paid for the service twice without even realizing it and the employee actually stopped me and let me know it was already paid for and I didn't need to pay the initial price again. I really appreciated the honesty they showed.

 + -1 moreI thought they did a really crappy job. They kept changing the time on me and they were very unhappy that I didn't want harsh chemicals used. They didn't supply anything so it is not like that is an issue, but they didn't like what I chose. My daughter is literally deathly allergic to chlorine, so we have to be very careful and they had a significant attitude about this. I was quite disappointed. I scheduled them ages prior to come at this time between 3:30 and 5:30 and then they called to switch it and then they didn't come at the time they switched it to. I changed my life around for that. We were having a very large party on Sunday, so we thought we would have 5 rooms cleaned, well I should have thought about the fact that rooms are in the eye of the beholder. They cleaned a full bath and a half bath and we have no children here; we are very clean. We are two adults in our 50s. They cleaned the living room, dining room and our bedroom. The half bath would take me 15 minutes to clean with a toothbrush; it is very small and we are very clean. There were still cobwebs when they were done. It was really disappointing. I hate to say bad things about people but I would not use them again on a bet. I would think with them coming to house where we don't have a housecleaner that they would do such a great job in case we wanted to hire them for the future, but we sure as heck don't. I don't know about their prices because I just bought the big deal from Angie's List. I wouldn't recommend them. I have seen worse housecleaners.

Description of Work: We had moved out of our old home, leaving little to no furniture behine and I hired Bueno and his team to clean & ready our home for the open house the following Sunday. I have never hired a cleaning service before this. Beuno was professional and very nice, he did however forget about our intial meeting and showed up an hour late. He gave me an estimate and we set a date. Then I asked him to push the date up a day , he did. He showed up and I went over agin all the work I expected him & his collegue to do in our mostly empty home. I had asked he clean out all cabinets, wipe out fridge & clean oven, both bathrooms and dust everything , mop & sweep floors, clean all the insides of windows and sweep out closets. I was there for a while and then left. When I came to see their work the next day, I was very dissapointed,there was dust on the ceiling fans, the downstairs bathroom looked like noone ever cleane dit, the walls had finger prints, y kitchen counters were filmy & the stove dirty insde & out. My realtor, who regularly uses a cleaning service said I should not pay. I decided to give Beuno a chance to make it right. I called him and he met me at the house and I showed him where I thought he & his partner dropped the ball. He was very professional , listened and looked and agreed. I will say he blamed his partner a women he said he never worked with but hired becasue I changed our original date. He apologized and agreed to come back with is usual partner & fix it. I was very impressed. However, even after he came back I was less than pleased with their work. I paid him , because he was a pleasure to deal with and I believe he really tried to make it work. I thought when you hire a team to clean for you, they bring all their own cleaners, they have all their own buckets, brooms and they know what they are doing.
