Description of Work: They keep changing their company name and are currently licensed under "JV Lazaros". The state of Connecticut said they are able to reapply for a license as long as they pay a fee but the original owner failed to address issues. The are fraudulent by changing owners every couple of years and not honoring anything in contracts.

Description of Work: Painted over rotting wood. Paint on house chipped within 3 months. They disappear to Brazil during the winter and hide under a new company owner when ratings catch up to them. All "previous" owners are friends but claim to not know each other.
