She called back more than a week later after my initial inquiry. She looked at the job, agreed to the price, said she needed to look at her calendar. Next evening she called to say she could do the very next day, which was not convenient for us. I called her to respond, left a message. I called and left two more messages. I never heard back from her.

The window sills, fridge, and cabinets were not cleaned completely but everything else was done well.

I've used Laura for almost a year. She is a wonderful person and a great professional. Normal cleaning is done promply and on time. Extra services (cleaning oven or fridge is a little extra and worth every penny)

Laura responded promptly at first and came to give me an estimate. She said she would study her schedule to find a place to fit me in. She never called back. I called and left a message a couple of days later but never got a response.

She leaves the house spotless. She is very nice, polite, and caring. I like it when she is here. She is very punctual. She is very good at what she does. My bathroom sparkles.

I've been using her for about 6 months now. She's great!

Laura and her partner showed up on time and cleaned my house from top to bottom in an efficient and cheerful manner. They cleaned windows, scrubbed floors, dusted, vaccuumed exactly how I would do it if I had the time. I will definitely continue to use her service.

Laura and her partner are great! They do a super job, have cheerful, can-do attitudes, show up on time, and get things really clean. They are a pleasure to have around, and get along great with my pets, too. They've been working for me for several months now, and I honestly don't have one complaint.

She is okay, and I have been happy with her service so far. She charges me $65 per visit. The first cleaning was the best. During her last visit, I had to redo the kitchen floor because my feet were sticking to the bottom of the linoleum.

Laura is great to have around. She has a flair for decorating and if asked reveals a wealth of knowledge about topics as varied as first aid, pet care, local services, and home construction If you don't ask, she works quietly! She is fast, thorough and efficient, arrives when she says she will, always tells me when she breaks something even if I wouldn't notice. She is fabulous with animals - my dogs have loved her insanely.
