Description of Work: Jim Kerigan reviewed the set-up of our fuel tank and furnace and came up with a creative way of solving a problem of a narrow staircase as only entrance to basement. Installed tank in back of garage extension, something noone else had suggested. Job was done as quoted and the yard was left very orderly. Jim was professional and friendly. His price was half what my regular oil company was quoting.
