HOPE KITCHEN CABINETS STORE

Horrible showed up 1.5 hours early with no advance call. Removed kitchen sink and put it outside in the garden. Moved stove out and could not seem to replace it flush to the wall again. It was a rainy day and they put absolutely nothing down to protect the hardwood floor. Used my area rug to wipe off their muddy feet. No one on the crew spoke a word of English. The crew finally finished at 8:45 PM without reinstalling the kitchen sink. Called the owner and he didn't care on bit offered no sincere apology and no effort to remediate the situation. Had to hire a plumber and electrician to get it right. Do not walk, run away from this company. Good prices are not worth this headache and lack of professionalism.

They were very good. The price was better than two three other people I approached. They gave a kitchen sink for free with the granite. It took them a few days because they had to take out the existing counter tops and then they sort of measured and cut. Then they came back and did the installation. It wasn't just the kitchen, they were also putting granite marble counter tops in a few bathrooms. They also changed the vinyl flooring in one bathroom. They did an excellent job. Some times they run into scheduling issues. They have a lot of Chinese workers who could not speak good English but they were highly competent. The supervisor was highly competent and was very skilled.

Had a pretty bad experience with Hope Kitchens. Started at the Stamford Showroom and after the contractor/lead on the job missed two appointments we reached out to the team in New Rochelle. In hindsight, this should have been a warning sign. With that said, we worked with the New Rochelle team and had constant issues with communication, lack of direction/suggestions, not showing up on time, coming with wrong materials, etc. Now that the kitchen has been in for 5 months i continue to notice issues-- cracks in the cabinet, some drawers soft close some not, handles not even, etc. All in all I understand they are not extremely pricey so you get what you pay for but I would not recommend Hope Kitchens.

Great job for the price. We purchased the package kitchen and upgraded the granite. Very nice. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection off cabinets to choose from. Love our granite. Communicating with workers was, at times, challenging. Would recommend and would use again in the future.
