+ -1 more-SCAM ALERT- SCAM ALERT Jim Delia came to my house to repair a furnace. Jumped some wires and had my furnace running and smoking. I called him to see what he can do and he will not return my calls or messages. He turned his phone off. Had to call another company. Charged me $475 and I gave him a $25 tip. 2 hours of nothing.
