Description of Work: Our water heater busted and flooded our downstairs living space. We had 911 Restoration come in immediate and the had to rip up a lot of the baseboards some worse than others. We then had another water incident about 2 weeks later and that hit the family room harder, now and more damage was created from 911 Restoration and the water that came in from the entire back wall of the family room space. Tom came about a week after the first incident. He looked everything over. Later that week he sent me his proposal, it was too high in price!i I chipped away at it the next day, being able to take things off of it that insurance was not covering. I got it at about half the price. Then I emailed him and told him we had another flood, and if he could give me a proposal for that work when he came to start the job. I gave him the OK to taking the job, asked him when he can start and didn’t hear from him for about a week. He ended up emailing me, asking me how are you guys doing over there. I asked him if he got the email with the updated total. He claimed he never got it, but got all my other emails . I resent the one he said he did not get. Didn’t hear from him again, I wrote him 3 times in 5 days asking him what was going on, he never wrote back. Almost a month went by from the day he came here to the last email I wrote him asking to call me that day to tell me if he was taking this job or not. Because if he wasn’t I was going to have to start the process all over again! Meanwhile my daughter and 5 year old grandson have been living in a disgusting mess. This man knew that they had to live down there after two floods and just ended up jerking me around and just fell off the face of the earth!! I can’t believe people don’t care at all about others situation . PLEASE DONT EVER HIRE THIS MAN, DONT LET HIM COME DO AN ESTIMATE, THE MAN IS TRASH!!!!
