 + -1 moreFrom the start we had been trying to obtain missing window screens and screen doors for French Doors in our bedroom for over a year and were told they could not be gotten. We were referred to Clearview by a contractor friend and they came out, measured, ordered what we needed and installed the doors to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Clearview helped us locate missing screens and screen doors that were missing when we bought a newly remodeled home. The contractor who did the renovation refused to help us locate these products and, at one point, told us they were no longer making the screens for these windows and doors. The Clearview folks were really great helping us solve problems.

 + -1 moreWhen I first called Clearview they were very polite and apparently responsive. I was connected to one of the workmen, who promised to get back to me after discussing the window with another workman (who had worked on windows in my complex before). Three business days later I had still not heard back, so I called again. The lady who answered the phone took the time to track down who had my paperwork, and, since he was out on a call, I spoke to another workman who promised that I would get a call back. They never called back. Overall, they were very polite and seemed knowledgeable, but their call-back record on this project was miserable. I would be willing to give them another try.
Description of Work: I needed to repair a broken window pane that I could not reach.
