The salesman came out and gave me a fair estimate. He didn’t try to pressure me into signing by giving me a false sense of urgency. They came to do the work when they said they would and did a great job. Very neat and clean. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

They were a disaster. 1. After they left us with a mess, we learned that they had used scare tactics and that there was no need to replace the entire air handler. 2. The system that they installed didn't function properly. They completely miswired the new air handler. The job was so unprofessional that the person repairing it said that he had never seen anyone do such an incompetent job. They left the door to the air handler in a manner such that it would not close, causing substantial air flow to be diverted away from the air ducts, substantially reducing air flow and causing serious air flow problems in our home. 3. We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the problems that they left behind. They failed repeatedly 4. Their employees were rude and threatening.

Celco was very professional, came in and installed a new ac/heat pump unit quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth. Thank you.

It turned out great. Their pricing isn't the lowest, but they provide quality service and technicians.

Began with complete miscommunication on their end causing a 11:00 appointment to be lost. Arranged to come out 4:00 that afternoon, after sitting in house all day Christine showed up. She seemed nice and gave some rough indication of pricing, which seemed reasonable. I requested that she break out some of the pricing into 3-4 jobs, she said no problem and requested an extra day to get the information to me. About a week later still no estimate, I called and by next day she just gave me one estimate of 12,500, which was 3-4 times the ballpark of what we discussed. I requested the breakdown, as I was considering they do some of the work, should have cut my losses here. Days later she calls and promises to send it in 5 mins. days after that still nothing and I end up calling them. A week of back and forth later and way to frustrated to even continue talking to them. I guess they get so much business they don't care to actually do the work, which is fine. Just say "We cannot complete the work in the time or manner requested" which would have been fine. But the runaround was ridiculous.

Work was completed on time and was billed price quoted. Staff was responsive and professional. Arrived as scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. Was disappointed that I had to call back to have humidifier started toward the end of winter. Computer box had to be replaced. Was not charged.

Celco Heating & Air Conditioning are priced right. They don't try to kill you with fees. They do a great job of servicing our furnace and air conditioner. They always come on time and call first. They are also very responsive when we've needed them for service. We pay them each time they come.

They showed up on time. However we were charged $480 just to add Freon to unit. Much more money than we expected!

Smity, the comfort specialist (the sales guy, too), was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and honest. The installation crew was polite, clean, and efficient. They gave a very nice warranty for parts and labor (10 years). The furnace is quiet and effective. The gas bill dropped significantly (by over half). The A/C is a welcome addition. It works very nicely with the variable speed blower in the furnace. The electric bill in the summer is just about the same as with all of those bad window units of the past. Thanks Celco!

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE NICE. THEY SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY FIXED WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE FIXED. THEY SEEMED TO DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THE JOB WAS VERY CLEAN. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANY CLEANING AFTER THEY LEFT.
