Bob Thompson was knowledgeable, patient and willing to make sure every detail was taken care of during our ductless AC/Heat install process. The sales consultant took the time to explain all the finance options, including a special CT program that saved us some up front money. Highly recommend this contractor for any business they can do.

Celco was friendly and professional. Their team knew their stuff and I highly recommend. They spent time reviewing the project in detail, making sure they addressed every possible need, and finding 2 things the competition didn't even think of that would have stalled the project. Their price was the most affordable and the workmanship was skillfully managed. I plan to use them for years to come.

Scott and Les the technician were fantastic. LES is outstanding and found the problem within an hour or less of surveying the system. He found a way to fix which wasn’t easy. He is professional courteous and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and technical and explains it well in layman terms I told him he was a genius really know his stuff!

We found everyone at Celco knowledgeable and great to work with. The estimator was knowledgeable and very nice and not high pressure. The installers worked in the pouring rain without complaint and couldn't have been nicer and did a great job. Even the woman I spoke with at the office was helpful and true to her word about returning calls. A very good experience for us all around.

They were very helpful in setting up the parameters of the project and they were in good contact towards the beginning and end of the project. They were very helpful towards exploring rebates and financial options.

Very happy with their service and their price. They installed a new unit for my 30 year old system. Worked around my tenants schedule and were quite efficient in the installation.

If you hire this company be sure you follow up about the permitting situation yourself. My install was scheduled two weeks in advance for a Monday morning, and on that Monday morning they had still not pulled a permit from the town for the work to be preformed. They also missed the town's scheduled inspection of their work to close the permit out. Just did not show up for the appointment. I got 6 quotes though and their price vs quality was much better than other companies.

Michael was a key to making sure everything was coordinated. Heating system worked very well. Too early for A/C
