Celco was the best from initial phone call to install finish, never used them before, my hvac of 16 years was going to charge me $800.00 more and could not get me heat for 10 days. Celco offered me heat fans, and the job was done in 3 days from phone call to done. Jim Smith is the best, and install guys Bryan and sorry forgot your name were so polite and professional, others should strive to be 1/4 as good

Celco replaced my house boiler. It is a pleasant experience from quotation to installation. Team arrived on time. Completed the job on time. Clean up the area like nothing has happened. It is priced fairly. It is a peace of mind for using Celco. I have no reservation to recommend it.

My old hot water heater died and I needed a replacement fast. From the time I contacted them to install it took 5 days and that's including them coming out to give me a quote first. They were fast, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and the price was very competitive. The installers were knowledgeable and checked everything after install. I went from a tank to tankless unit and it has been seamless, would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Biggest POS company around. I paid $18k for a ductless system to be installed back in Sept. 2018. The upstairs part of my home cannot be cooled during summer months if the temperature is above 80 degrees outside. The thermostat is set to 68 degrees, and the upstairs room temperatures reach 77 degrees. It never gets cool. They now want to charge a $125 service fee to come out and inspect. I have been asking them to resolve this issue for 2 years! They can not fix it...they took my $18k, and now want more money on top of it. Stay away from these unprofessional and untrustworthy people!!!

The folks at Celco did a great job installing my mini split AC/heating systems. Their in station was professional and the cleanup was top notch. I will be calling on them again to install another one on the near future.

Celco came in with a competitive bid for my project which involved re-working existing ducts and installing zone dampers and smart thermostats. Their techs were knowledgeable and competent - able to answer all my questions. The system is working well since install - would recommend Celco.

Excellent communication and professional work. Christine was fantastic to work with from the initial quote though the completion of the project. Our tenant said that the installers were extremely professional and considerate. Celco actually suggested we apply for the EnergizeCT heat loan program and Lisa was extremely helpful in handling all the paperwork to save us thousands in up-front costs and get an extremely low interest loan. After 2 months of use the heat pump system is saving us 30% on electricity costs...wish I had called Celco the day we bought the condo.

Competitive quote, and they did the work on time as expected. During this time of shelter in place, they were very respectful of social distancing, and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job of explaining what they did and what to expect during the day.

Celco gave me a competitive price, were organized and completed the project as scheduled. Sounds basic but is hard to find these days.

I had no heat and need a new boiler. I got several bids and choose Celco because they had good reviews and were no more expensive than any other, in fact were a little cheaper. I could not be happier with the final product. If you need a new boiler they are the ones to choose. They even brought me heating units while the work was getting done.

The guy that came out was great. I feel he did a good job.

They came on time and did the job in a timely fadhion.
