+ 0 moreWork has not been performed. I wanted to post this review now, as it reflects on his knowledge and concern for the well being of people he has not even met yet. I will write a review on the work and price separately. As for Jason's character, very few people like him any more in the business world.
Description of Work: I had a hot water heater leaking in my basement and temperatures were at critical levels, so time was a bit of the essence. I called Jason and he new from what I was describing, that the situation was somewhat critical and needed to be looked at. He came IMMEDIATELY without me even asking. He took more time than I would have ever expected to walk through all of the issues and explain not only what caused it, but what would eventually happen if we let it go longer. He provided a detailed plan of action. Along with other options. I showed him other projects that would be needing his expertise after the water heater. I felt that comfortable with him.

+ -1 moreAs usual, Jason did a terrific job; he's personable, dependable, on time, clearly explains what needs to be done, and above all knows what he's doing and does the work at a fair price. He's done more elaborate jobs for us in the past (replaced the hot water heater on an urgent basis) with equally good results - we can't say enough good things about Jason and Call the Plumber...you can't go wrong!
Description of Work: Jason replaced the spray hose in our kitchen sink, resealed a toilet, and replaced a bathtub drain and re-piped a section.

+ -1 moreAfter an unsuccessful week of asking friends for a plumber referral, I looked online and found Jason of Call the Plumber through the Better Business Bureau. I emailed a request for an estimate late Saturday afternoon and received an immediate response. Two emails later and an appointment was made for the removal and installation of a kitchen faucet first thing the following morning. This was Sunday of a holiday weekend, by the way. Jason arrived at the arranged time and the job was completed quickly. Jason was professional and personable. I would not hesitate to use his company again or refer him to friends.
Description of Work: The kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced.
