The team showed up when promised, worked hard and constantly in very hot and humid weather. They were congenial and outgoing guys who joked and laughed while they worked. My house was loaded in less time than I thought, and the team unloaded to the rooms we requested. They even moved a couple of things that were already at the house. They worked hard under difficult conditions and they promised I'd be happy - and I was! This was a good moving experience.

The pricing from Astro was very competitive, and the three movers they sent were polite and professional. They did a very good job and got everything done within the 4 hour minimum timeframe. I would use them again.

They were right on time. Moved all my stuff carefully. not a single scratch on my furniture. I am very happy with the overall move. I would recommend Astro to my friends and relatives.

My experience with Astro was wonderful! Due to remodeling, it was unfortunately to reschedule our move three times. Each time, Steve, who handled our move, was extremely accommodating and understanding. Our crew on moving day was amazing. Worked nonstop the entire time. Our stairwell was a significant challenge (low ceiling and corner) and they were wizards at getting our larger furniture up. They were very friendly and professional. Quote was estimated on site prior and was spot on. More expensive than some companies but totally worth the extra money for reliability and service!

We had to postpone the moving date twice and they were happy to accomodate us. The crew was friendly and careful with the furniture, and willing to move things twice if necessary.

This company was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry. All at Astro that I spoke with understood my project. Given the traffic situation they arrived pretty much on time. The crew was courteous and effective. The only item that concerned me was the extra hour charge for transportation to the site that I do not remember being told about ahead of time. However, I understand time counts and that includes travel time. I'd use Astro again in a heart beat. Also, I've used Home Advisor about a half dozen times in the last year or so, and every time they have provided fine service.

The movers were fast and efficient however there was some minor damage done during our move. Their office has been very uncooperative after calling twice in order to place a claim for damages. I would not use their service again (my 2nd time using them now). Nor would I recommend using them to anyone else.

They showed up late for my move, but that was understandable since I had them coming during morning rush hour. The two gentlemen that moved my things were quick and professional wrapping pretty much everything in towels. My only complaint is that my white couch was not wrapped in towels and was incredibly dirty after the move...wiping it down with a wet towel after the move brought it back to normal though

Guys (Shelby,Ricky,Robert) were very professional and friendly. They were also hard-working and careful while handling furniture. Tried to get them to take water break but would not, they kept working very focused and time conscious. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services!

their rates were very reasonable (i have a direct comparison for moving the same amount of stuff two years ago, paying 25% more), the team was efficient and hard-working. They came out with two trucks, which was a great call in hindsight. Bring their own boxes, tape, blankets, etc. Were very careful in packing and moving everything. Highly recommended.

Inaccurate quote a 1 day move turned into a 2 day move. Did not get the number of men promised for the move nor the right size truck to accommodate my furniture. It was a mess $1,200 moved turned to over $2000. Poor service, lazy men, bad customer service. Beware

The guys were quite good and earned their wage. However that said they forgot to move an item....the gas grill!!! They left before I could check to see if everything was done. I'd really appreciate it if they could come back for it. Thanx
