Mike is an extremely friendly and professional man. He gave me great advice on how to operate my snowblower, like using high octane fuel so the engine runs better, and went above and beyond what I expected, for an extremely reasonable price. He didn't even charge me to pickup/dropoff my snowblower because I live close to his shop. Overall I'm extremely impressed with his professionalism and timeliness and will use him for all my lawnmower and snowblower repair needs.

Mike called me within 5 minutes of leaving a message for him. Came to my home to pick up snowblower and wood chipper. Within a few days, snowblower was repaired and returned. Mike called me to tell me what he did and said he was going to continue working on the wood chipper. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and timely with the repairs. I would absolutely use him again and would highly recommend his services.

Mike did a great job with a mower that I was unable to get working smoothly despite my best efforts. He responded very quickly and ended up delivering the mower 2 days prior to his original estimate. We've very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Anzy's.

Mike at Anzy's is a nice guy, but I had a terrible experience. 1) Confusion and Delay: Despite an initial voicemail and then a phone conversation confirming my name and address, he confused me with another person who lives on my street, who was also requesting service from Anzy's. So, he did not pick up my snowblower until several days after we had initially agreed, because he thought he had picked it up already. Frustrating, but I understand these type of things can happen, so I stuck with Mike and had him pick it up. 2) More Delay and Poor Communication: After he picked it up (Monday), he said he would have it back the following day (Tuesday) or Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that, however, he did not deliver on time. On Thursday morning (Feb 13th, day of a snowstorm), I asked if I should expect the snowblower that morning (before the snow got deep), and Mike said no, but that he would have it to me the next day (Friday). I asked if he was absolutely sure, because I would otherwise need to hire a person to plow my driveway, and he confirmed Friday was the day. Friday came and went, so did Saturday, Sunday and most of Monday. Mike returned my snowblower today (Monday).

I called and spoke to the owner Mike who scheduled a pick up date and time. Mike picked up my snow blower personally and spent time with me as I described the work I wanted him to perform. Mike promised to return the machine four days later which happened like clock work. I have used Anzy's before and have always been perfectly satisfied. Extremely knowledgable ans professional. I will definitely use them again.
