+ -1 moreThe fan motor replacement went very well. A/C is now pumping out 48 degree air. The technician that came out was punctual and professional. He also answered any questions I had. Seemed like an honest guy. Plus, he took his shoes off before entering my house. My wife was grateful.
Description of Work: We noticed our central A/C wasn't blowing cold air when we used it for the first time this season. A friend recommended that I call Alliance to have it checked out. Alliance replaced my fan motor on our old A/C condenser. We hope to get a price for a new heating/ air conditioner system from them soon.

+ -1 morecame out 3 times and did not fix the problem. poor communication and telling the customer if/when they are coming. Once i complained that the tech never fixed the problem they hung up on me...I have never seen a service like this...
