The work went well. There were many moving parts as this was a substantial job but we were pleased with the results. Derrick arrived promptly for work each day, listened to our questions and concerns throughout the job, and produced a very good product in the end which we were pleased with.

They were great! It was just fine. It was easy, quick, and not expensive. It was good. I was happy and satisfied.

One Stop Home Repairs demolished and renovated my bathroom to my specifications. They were amenable to changes and finished the job in a timely manner despite several days of bad weather.

Called this company several times. They never returned my calls.

We met Derrick several months ago to redo a disaster of a bathroom in our new home. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to start in a couple weeks. The project took a long time, but largely due to scheduling conflicts on our end and subsequent catch up work, so that should not be reflective of the norm. In the end, Derrick and his team did a quality job on a difficult, awkward bathroom, and he and his team have proven to be trustworthy and easy to get along with. Recently, we had a surprise leak from our other bathroom and had another contractor who had been in the home doing unrelated work offer to take on the job. Since it was an urgent matter, we decided to go with that - which ended up being a mistake. We called Derrick to come and he ultimately saved the day by wrapping up the mess in an orderly and fair manner. Being someone that is very (sometimes overly) attentive to detail by nature, I do call them out on minor craftsmanship or communication issues. Whether related to detail orientation or time management, Derrick does, in the end, prove that he cares about his work and his clientele. He doesn't hesitate to finish his work up properly, and this usually makes up for any detail fixes in the end. In the end, Derrick has proven himself professional, trustworthy, polite, committed, and a good problem solver - and there's no important starting point in a contractor relationship than that - particularly when they are often in your home when you aren't. His and quot;I'll take care of itand quot; attitude when others may gripe or refuse, is much appreciated by these new homeowners. We'll be calling on him in the future.

Excellent, Spray nozzle was broken on the kitchen sink and I had purchased the wrong parts for the repair. He actually accompanied me to Home Depot to purchase the correct parts required and then installed the hose and spray nozzle on the kitchen sink. The exact parts were not available at Home Depot so he purchased similar parts and modified the connections to fit the sink. Bathroom toilet would not flush properly. He purchased the parts at Home Depot and installed them on the toilet. He also replaced the shower nozzle in the bathroom.

I thought everything was fine. The guys were very nice and courteous. The work was done in a reasonable fashion. They were here earlier than they said they could come which was great for me.

Tried to call twice on both numbers and could not get through. Get beep tones but no answering machine. One time got what sounded like an answering machine or a brief live voice and left a message but no response. I believe a business that does not keep its customer communications open is not reliable. On the other hand it might have been a phone company problem.

Derrick came out to the house to check a plumbing problem we had in the first floor bathroom. He understood the problem and saidhe'd email an estimate. About a week later, i get an email from derrick with a random person's name on it. he attached a price list saying it would cost 800 to fix. well, we found someone who did it for half cost.

I hired Derrick to install fencing across my back property line (150 feet of 6-foot stockade fencing). He did everything perfectly - did the work when he said he would, was professional, charged me fairly, and did a great job! The back of my property is kind of nasty, lots of underbrush, rocks, big trees and the ground is uneven/hilly. He did a WONDERFUL job with it, the fence looks even better than I'd hoped it would! And he was a total pleasure to deal with throughout. One more thing: Derrick's company is listed as and quot;handyman servicesand quot;, which brings to mind (my mind, anyway) a one-man operation to do small jobs. And he definitely does do that. But this was a fairly big job - I figured he'd be at it for a while but he showed up with a whole crew of workers, and they were done in less than three days. He is equipped to handle anything, whether the job is large or small. I absolutely would use him again, in fact I intend to...it looks so good that next year I want him to put some more fencing along the side of my property!

I called and as usual, he responded promptly. That's a plus when you have an emergency. He fits us into his schedule quickly and is always professional.

Derrick was helpful and professional. He wants to be sure to do the work properly and pointed out problems that were from past repairs. He was careful to clean up. We are having him now do more work in the house in another bathroom and expect we will be using him for all home repairs. His team is very polite and professional. Doesn't mind our dogs and cats who have are in and out constantly and he's put us with all the changes made mid-stream. We trust him to do his work while we need to leave the home and have no issues at all. He's someone I will recommend to all my friends.

Derrick came over on a Saturday to give us a quote to put the fence up in the front of our house. He sent over the quote to us by Sunday night (which is rare for contractors). I called him on Tuesday morning and said I would like to use you. He asked when would I like the work done. I replied ASAP. He came over Friday morning of that week at 7:30 am and started the work. I asked him when he would be done. He said it would only take one day. I came home that evening and the fence was up! It looked beautiful and the area where they were working at was super clean...Like I said before I would definately use One Stop Home Repairs again.

They were very nice. They came and looked at things. We didn't end up using them. They came out really fast. They were great. I would use them in the future.

The window was replaced perfectly but the unfortunately the tile work wasn't so great. I would call him again for carpentry work but not for tile work. I told him I wanted the whole tub area regrouted but he just did the paremeter of the tub. He just did pieces of the floor. He did a great job on the window though. I will only call him for tile work, he's not anything else.

He did the job on a tight deadline and the bottom step was very nicely framed and poured. He patched most of the cracks but did miss one that we asked him to come back and fix. He has not fixed that crack yet. He did the job without supervision as we were packing up our old home to move into this one. I would have appreciated a call from him to let me know he had finished and what to do next. He covered the steps well to protect them from the possibility of rain but didn't let me know when I could remove the plastic. I removed the plastic to allow the movers into the house a few days later. Overall it was a good experience but the one extra phone call on Derrick's part to let me know that he was done with the job and how long to leave the steps covered would have made it a better experience. I would use his services again.

His quality of work is excellent and he certainly is a pleasure to work with. I have hired him about 10 times to fix, repair or replace many things throughout several properties I have and can't thank him enough for all of his help. Call Derrick, you will be happy you did.
