+ -1 morehe fixed the problem and informed me that the washer (which came with the house in 2007) is over 40 years old! today's fix was easy but due to age, there no parts available for a major repair on the workhorse of a machine!
Description of Work: my washing machine spin cycle had a problem.

+ -1 moreHe called back promptly and we set an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly ,was very professional and diagnosed the problem correctly. He gave an estimate on the cost of repairs and gave his opinion on whether the machine should be repaired or not. After he left we decided to buy a new machine and my wife called him twice to get an opinion on whether to get an HE machine or regular washer. He was very helpful in that regard.
Description of Work: He came into look at our washing machine which was not working.

+ -1 more.He was very careful in the house to make sure he didn't mess up anything or scratch anything. I would call him again if I needed him. The guy knew his stuff and knew what he was doing.
