+ 0 moreWhen I was in out of the country, I realized that the contract was coming to close before I could get back. I called a number of times and was unable to contact them. After 3 months I got a response in an email after I told them I needed to update my credit card information. In mid-2012 I was back in Maryland and I contacted them to deliver my furniture to my house. After another 2 months, I finally got back with me. I had heard the company may have gone through bankruptcy, so I needed to call the bankrupts attorney to see if I would be able to find my belongings and the attorney conveyed my request. Apparently they are still in business and they finally delivered the furniture. Now, almost 2 months later, I have yet to get claim form for damages on my goods. They do not respond.
Description of Work: They packed up all my furniture and stored it while I was out of the country.
