+ -1 moreAll of my interactions with Mr. Electric were over the phone since I was not in the area when the work was to be done; instead, my renters dealt with the serviceman who made the estimate. My interactions with the company via the telephone were professional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the bid of about $650 seemed extremely high and I ultimately identified a different contractor who completed the job in a manner in which I was quite pleased for a little over $200.
Description of Work: Installation of a ceiling fan on a 16' cathedral ceiling.

+ -1 moreWe thought we had a big expensive problem. The guy came over, looked at everything and said "no problem". Gave us an estimate and went to work. He was in and out and now the heaters are working perfectly.
Description of Work: Three heaters were not working in three rooms. The problem turned out to be in the circuit breaker. The electrician was very efficient and polite. The problem was solved within 30 minutes.

+ 0 moreI needed to give my information 3 times. Then they had to call back to correct the information. Everyone was very courteous, and I did get an appointment within a week. The man was very nice, professional, etc, however, I believe 250.00 for 1 hour of work was excessive. The man said he had no choice. That is what 'Mr Electric'' charges for 'installing a ceiling fan'', regardless of the amount of work involved. I won't use them again for that reason.
Description of Work: I had a ceiling fan installed. The electrical box and all the wiring was already in place. They just had to assemble and put up the fan.

+ -1 moreWHEN I MOVED IN I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS AN EXTRA LIGHT SWITCH IN EACH ROOM THAT CONTROLLED AN OUTLET. HOWEVER, NONE OF THOSE WITCHES WORKED. WHEN THEY CAME TO FIX IT, WE WERE EXCITED TO HERE THAT IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX AND WOULDN'T COST TOO MUCH.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE OUTLETS IN ALL MY ROOMS.

+ -1 moreTHE PRICE WAS FAIR, MAYBE A LITTLE HIGH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GUY. THIS GUY HAS BEEN AN ELECTRICIAN FOREVER. HE KNEW HIS STUFF. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
