Description of Work: REMOVE EXISTING 200AMP OVERHEAD SERVICE FROM RIGHT SIDE OF HOUSE. INSTALL NEW 4-GANG METER BANK WITH 4 60AMP MAIN BREAKERS AND LEVEL BYPASS. INSTALL 2 8FT. GROUND RODS AND BOND WATER METER TO CODE. INSTALL 3 20CIRCUIT MAIN LUG ONLY BREAKER PANELS AND RECONNECT BRANCH CIRCUITS. INSTALL 1 12 CIRCUIT HOUSE PANEL. ALL SMOKE AND Co2 DETECTORS BY OWNER. RUN SPARE FEEDER TO ATTIC ON 3RD FLOOR BREAKER PANEL.(FUTURE GAS FURNACE) REMOVE ALL KNOB & TUBE WIRING IN BASEMENT TO WHERE IT ENTERS THE WALLS. RE-FEED GARAGE AND INSTALL STRAIN RELIEF CONNECTOR ON GARAGE. REMOVE ALL KNOB & TUBE FROM INSIDE GARAGE. REPAIR AS NEEDED ALL BASEMENT LIGHTING AND FEED FROM HOUSE NEW PANEL. FEED FRONT AND REAR HALL LIGHTING ON NEW HOUSE PANEL. FEED FRONT & NEW REAR EXIT OUTDOOR LIGHTING ON HOUSE PANEL. FRONT AND REAR HALLWAYS TO BY REWIRED USING “WIREMOLD” OR EMT SURFACE RACEWAY AS NEEDED. SOME NEW FIXTURES WILL BE INSTALLED AS WELL AS NEW SWITCHING. EMERGENCY LIGHTING WILL BE INSTALLED TO CODE IN FRONT AND REAR HALLWAYS. INSTALL FRONT AND REAR GFI RECEPTACLES TO CODE WITH INUSE COVERS. ANY CL&P COSTS FOR SERVICE RELOCATION WILL BE BILLED TO OWNERS. QUOTE INCLUDES ALL PERMITS AND CL&P PAPER WORK.

Description of Work: He did routine work for me over the years. When I had an addition done, he did all of the electrical work.
