After he completed the work he asked if I wanted the door jamb moved in a little closer to the door. I said sure. Which he did. He then said because of that, he went over his two hour time, (by 20 minutes), and I owed him an additional $60 dollars. If I had known that I wouldn't of agreed to the less than a 1/4" move. He didn't advise me that his two hours were up. I wouldn't hire this guy again.

He did a good job. Needed to come back because some faucet parts were missing. He came back the next day as he said he would and finished the job. He worked quickly, neatly and professionally.

First as a female, it is very refreshing to feel comfortable that I am not being taken advantage off. I have used him before and each time, he has always been more than fair with pricing as when I do discuss what I paid with others who actually do this work, I am always told, "wow you got a good price" or " that is a very fair price". He is extremely professional and gets the work done as promised. More importantly, the quality of the work performed is excellent.

Purchased a Big Deal for 2 hrs of plumbing labor. Going on 3rd full week without getting a response from them, decided to refund the deal and try someone a neighbor used. Seems quite a-typical compared with their reviews here, and quite disappointing as I have plenty of other projects to tackle.

Excellent!!! Adie was committed to the job and stayed with it, even though there was more to the job than he or I knew about. The finished product is perfect! Adie showed up when he was supposed to, kept focused and communicated on a regular basis.

Service and creativeness was super! Mr. Ashman was in contact with me from the beginning of the project all the way thru the changes in time of arrival. He patiently explained how the job was going to be performed even though I am a novice. He creatively found a solution to reattach loose water pipes. I will definitely be using his services again.

Adie was very responsive and kept in good contact about his schedule. He arrived early and set straight to work. He is very pleasant and works deliberately. His pricing is quite fair and he gives honest assessments of jobs, if it would be a waste of money or requires more specialized service. We'd definitely hire him again!

As was the case the first time I hired him, Adie arrived this second time when expected and set to work immediately. Since I had purchased the materials needed already, he installed the fill mechanism and the bifold door. He took approximately an hour and a quarter to complete both jobs, including some repair to the shutoff valve in the bathroom and the removal of part of the old bifold door. I tested both jobs before he left and found their completion more than satisfactory. Both work areas were clean and uncluttered. I will be relying on East Bay for Hampton for any work I need that can be provided by a handyman.

Adie did some drywall repair work for me. He was extremely responsive to my request and came to do the work quickly. His rate was reasonable, and the quality of the finished product was excellent. I will definitely use him again. Thank you!
