I needed the work done and when he finally contacted me and for the plumbing job he said that he would follow up on Friday or Monday and didn’t for either. I needed it done immediately and paid someone else to come out and do the job.

Most of this was piping repair and reconfiguration behind the walls; since it's not leaking, I'm assuming it was done right. The updated fixtures needed a different configuration of piping to be correctly installed, that went fine. The repair of the wall and ceramic tile replacement look fine. I left husband and plumber in charge of the 'look' of the tiles during the finishing. The resulting tile pattern, approved by both my husband and the plumber, was something I never would have approved. And after taking a poll of more than 2 dozen other people, most people would have had it ripped out and replaced with a symmetrical pattern. So if the 'look' matters to you, make sure you are absolutely clear about how you want it to look.

Good communication in setting up the appointment. He was on time and went right to the job. Completed the replacements in under 90 minutes and spent time assessing some other projects for us. A very professional provider. I will use his services again.

That turned out great! We had a faucet in our bathtub that was broken. Nobody could seem to fix that, but he came in and was able to fix that within 5 minutes.

They said they were not able to do the service provided in this big deal as I needed a new pump.

Adie was punctual with returning phone calls and meeting us at the house the day of our appointment to review the work needed. He was flexible with our long list of repairs needed, enabling us to complete the work in two phases. He repaired everything from installing new windows, repairing concrete front steps, to replacing and repairing lighting fixtures and much, much more! He is dependable..which isn't easy to find these days. Adie will be our go to repair guy for a long time. Thanks Adie for a job well done!

Called him the day it was leaking from my tub to the first floor via ceiling. He promptly came over in 1.5 hours. He listened to my problem. He open up the face plate to the actuator of the tub and turned on the water. He looked and looked and looked. No leak. He look under the tub via the hole in the ceiling to remove the damaged drywall. No leak. he suggested the leak is my hand shower for when you put it on, it shoots the water at the actuator plate where there is no silicone to seal it. When we put this theory to test, the water gushed out from the ceiling, and therefore, proving the theory. He gave me recommendation to fix it.. I asked him what I owed, and he said it is up to me. He was professional and down-to-earth. I would use him again for future endowers.

Called this Contractor Two Times in a span of three weeks. They never returned my calls. If they are too Busy or Do not want too Do the Job, Fine but a return Call would of been the right thing too Do. This Co. Lacks Professionalism In a Big Way! I do not Think This is a good Contractor too Deal With.

EXCELLENT! Adie was great, he really knows his work. I work in NYC and could only make it on Saturday he came on Saturday and did the work. Bought the materials he needed, cleaned up afterwards. did a great job. i plan on using him for all my repairs.

I called after seeing the deal and we set up a time for him to call back. I asked how the deal could be so cheap and he confirmed that the price was only for labor not material. He said he was a little busy but would call me in two weeks to set up an appointment to see the project. That was two months ago. I will never do business with anyone who can't even keep his promise to call. If they can't do that little task why would I trust them to do a big project in my home.

He came right on time and had all of the part with him. It took a lot less time than I thought it would. However, I also learned that he did carpentry work and gave me a great price and ideas for built in shelves. I will definitely get in touch with him concerning this new project.

Arrived on time. I expected a registered plumber, because I used an Angie's deal for two hours of plumber but he wasn't a registered plumber. He completed the job in an hour, and gave me a break on materials because it didn't take the two hours. I was happy with the quality of the service.

Adi was very professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. He will be installing a back splash in the near future.

It was GREAT! Adie contacted me very quickly after the purchase of the Angie's List coupon. He set an appointment and then later confirmed the appointment as we neared the date. He was very punctual and immediately went to work. Removing the old vanity/sink proved to be more difficult than either of us thought. He continued and carefully removed all parts and put it outside for us. Due to the misfit plumbing, Adie recommended some adjustments and then went about making the relocations. This included two trips to the hardware store for parts. While all of this, he also made a recommendation for a different faucet. The faucet we purchased was too shallow and would cause water to splash. We went through two different faucets before settling on the final one. Adie was great and allowed us to select the one we liked best; providing his input. He cleaned up everything and ensured that we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend him as he makes very good recommendations and cares about the your happiness with his work. He even contacted me after the job was completed, thanking me for allowing him to do the work and to let him know if we ever needed anything.

Adie is a real hard worker.He showed up on time every day he worked at my house and he kept the work areas clean too. I'm very happy with everything he did. My bathrooms look like now. I'll have him back to do more work real soon. Thanks Adie.

I paid an additional amount. This was my first time using them. The guy was running a little late, he was just 15 minutes late, and he called to inform me that he would be late. He was very efficient, and quick. He was very polite. I haven't had any issues since the service was provided. If I had stuck with the big deal, then it would have been nice, but I upgraded, and so it was a little more pricey. I have their number on my speed dial.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace the flange under my toilet and that it would cost several hundred dollars. The next day I happened to see the deal for $99 for two hours of plumbing work and I also had another toilet that was leaking and running so I decided to jump on the deal. The plumber arrived on time and went to go check out the situation. He informed me that the flange was in a fine condition and did not need to be replaced, even though he could have replaced it and the job would have taken longer than the two hours (and he therefore could have made more money off of me). He fixed a few other things that were wrong and charged me $40 for materials, which is what he had just paid at the hardware store for the items. I thought he was honest, fair, professional, and punctual. I would use him again, mostly because I thought he was honest with me about the various situations going on and didn't try to take advantage of me for more money.
