+ -1 moreOne of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company - only really bad review I've ever given on Angie's List. The movers broke several pieces of furniture beyond repair; some items were completely lost (possibly stolen) in the move. They broke a storm door on the house which was new and installed only 3 months ago. The truck arrived a full week late to the destination. I have called customer service for Sterling and they aren't returning my phone calls. I called North American Van Lines and they keep referring me to Sterling. I'm supposed to go online to complete a claims form for the broken items, but the online system doesn't seem to be working - when I click "submit" it doesn't do anything. Horrible, horrible company. Total waste of money.
Description of Work: Moving contents of a single family home from CT to out-of-state.

Description of Work: The only positive part of our experience with this AWFUL mover was the salesman, who hoodwinked us with his professional demeanor. Late and useless moving men, many broken things including good antiques. Bought expensive insurance and they refused to pay, even with 3rd party written evidence of damage. DO NOT use this company!!!!!
