Description of Work: I had a flood in my basement a few years ago.

Description of Work: My father had to move from Creamery Brook In Brooklyn,CT after the fire in 2006. I had already scheduled a moving service and storage unit but the Creamery Brook people said Servpro was already on the premises and convinced me to switch. Worst mistake I ever made. My brother, sister-in-law and I had already packed 90% of his things & I am glad we removed the most valuable items before they came. We had issues with the crew refusing to move his bed - an expensive Tempurpedic - and when we got his items back out of storage, they had NOT been cleaned as promised. Many of the boxes were mismarked with numbers from another unit. Several that I had personally packed were missing from his household items. In addition, from the size of the bill, we most likely got billed for his and the other unit they also loaded onto the truck at the same time. If I had stayed with Clemens and the storage unit I had contracted it would have only been $700 and we would not have been missing items that were probably given to the other party. I cannot recommend this company, they did not fulfill the promises of the contract nor did they show reliability in the performance of the duties laid out.
