I canâ t say enough about this company. The painters were knowledgeable, professional & efficient. They did an excellent job. They discovered problems with one of our ceilings & were able to replace the insulation & sheet rock, without our needing to hire a builder. We were impressed with how they stayed on schedule & communicated any changes. I highly recommend them.

Very good company and David Messier is the reason we use them. We have trusted him and his folks going on over 15+ years to do a great job and have not been disappointed yet. We Highly recommend them.

In my personal experience these folks stand out from the crowd. Responsive; reasonable, on time and efficient with a high quality result describe our experience. A breath of fresh air!

The price was very competitive. They came out in a couple of days to give me an estimate. They finished the job quickly, did an excellent job and left everything tidy. I loved the painters, too. They were very helpful and went beyond what was included in the estimate.

My only problem was the workers did not all speak English. I plan on hiring them to paint two more rooms this summer

Neatly removed and reinstalled all downspouts. Quality work. Definitely intend to hire Certa-Pro for any future work.

The reason I put 4.5 stars was because they did not put the shutters back correctly. We are going to have to redo that. Other than that they did a good job on the painting and were clean and professional. I would hire them for other jobs.

They are good people, cooperative and professional. They subcontract real painting work to others folks. The recent subcontractor's people did not speak English hence they did not understand what client was asking or telling them. Painters did not do as good a job as was done last time.

READ full review, as remediation was provided — Results depend on which crew you get. Our initial crew was “not aware” of the details agreed upon in quote, so did not plan their time appropriately and had to rush. We tried to inspect/correct job as it went along, but lighting was low evenings after they left and it was hard to see detail clearly. We found they didn’t apply 2 coats (as quoted) to most windows, moldings, doors. Work was sloppy - windows were painted shut, drips dried on doors, poorly patched wall areas, cracks not sanded out and painted over, didn’t paint all the way down to bottoms of molding, etc. Main concern was that we found white oil paint spatter everywhere in the house on newly refinished dark hardwood floors, which meant they did not tape around edges or cover the floor with plastic when painting all trim. We had the supervisor come to review complaints, he agreed with all issues and arranged to send another crew to fix everything, which was inconvenient but necessary. They corrected all patching and painting issues we marked, but we are still finding areas to touch up on our own. Though they were able to clean some of the floor spatter, much of it had to be scraped off, which damaged the floors or did not come off at all. I have had to apply stain to cover scratches and hide remaining spatter and uneven molding with a brown Sharpie. Mike, the supervisor, was very responsive to our complaints and does his best to make sure the customer is happy. Be sure to have job quoted in detail, and that crew is aware of scope of job. Request that a supervisor stop by periodically during job. Perhaps they would have seen that crew was cutting corners by not taping/protecting floors and caught some of the issues before we did.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the result. I only wish I had started the project earlier in the season. They started painting the exterior of my house early in November. There were many weather delays and it did get cold. In the end, my house has never looked so good!
