Description of Work: I was very pleased with Brayman the first several years we used them to service our furnace. But in 2013 I could not get a response to any phone calls over a period of several months, and finally went to a different service provider.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job on taking care of some issues I was having. They were very professional when they were here. However, I had a crack in my boiler and I wanted to get it done before my warranty was up. They did not seem very interested in working with me on that and they never returned my calls.
Description of Work: They tuned up my AC system. I had used them twice.

Description of Work: I use Brayman Heating & Cooling Inc. I have them out a couple of times a year, that's in the spring and in the fall to maintain my furnace and the air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreWhen I initially looked for him, I went around looking for someone who was experience with sub-floor heating systems because our regular people that we had up until then did not do that. If we ever had any problems with that part of the system, I would have somebody that new the system to begin with. We know that we can go to him if we have any problems with the rest of the system, the actual distribution system. The water pipes are under the floor. He is good for everything. He is probably pretty comparable.
Description of Work: It is because we have a sub-floor heating.
