+ -1 moreThe scheduled work was for a recently purchased home. Billy was prompt, professional and courteous. I was able to schedule the service within a week's time from the day I called, and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Although I had mistakenly dug out the access to the leeching field, and so we then had to dig out the access to the tank, he did not charge me for the extra work. He also advised on a cleaning schedule and said he would send a reminder notice when the time came. I would hire Billy again.

Description of Work: I used this company for my inspection when I bought my home and have utilized them twice since then. Both times, they came out to see what the problem was and advised, without charging because no work had to be done at that time.

+ -1 moreBill Roy showed up, he did a great job. He is no longer working with the environmental company listed on this entry, so if you want his personal business you need to call 203-270-2299. If you call the number listed on this entry it is a larger business, not a family business, and they will try to take his service. I scheduled the inspection on a home I am planning to buy. I spoke with Bill Roy's wife and Bill came out the next business day. He was on time and did a great job inspecting the tank and provided estimates to get it up to code. He showed us exactly where every part of the system was located in the yard and did a crash course for us on maintaining the system. He was extremely nice, professional, and efficient. The invoiced price was the amount I was originally quoted. He sent me a written estimate later that day to use with my closing process. I will use him in the future for any further inspections or septic work.

Description of Work: We had these guys inspect the septic tank when we were looking to buy our house. Then, 6 months after we moved in I wanted to have the septic tank cleaned just to be sure we started out with an empty system. I called to make an appointment and the owner answered. He was so nice. He said he or his son would come out the next day. They did and they were cheaper than the other company i was referred to use (which couldn't come for another month and were charging over $100 more!). They were nice and professional. They said we would likely only need our septic tank cleaned every few years and offered to contact us in 2 years to come out and see how full it is so that we can determine the correct cleaning interval. I was very pleased with their service and plan to use them again.
