John came within 30 minutes of my call. He and his worker thoroughly removed all the snow/ice/ice dams and tarped my roof. The leaks have all stopped. We will definitely hire John again in the future - excellent work!

I had a serious ice dam and leaking through the ceiling. John quoted me a high price based on what looked like a long job. He and his partner arrived an hour later than scheduled, used hammers and chisels on the roof, and was finished in 35 minutes. He did not adjust the price, and I paid what we agreed. He did caulk a broken seal, and was pleasant and efficient. I am concerned that they may have damaged the roof. I'll know in the spring. Even if there is no damage, the price seems out of line.

john came out on a Sunday morning, a little over an hour after calling. He was up on my roof, cleaned it off, fixed the vent, and was thoroughly pleasant. The leak seems to have stopped, all looks good. I would call him again.

John and his group were easy to work with. They were able to finish the project in less than a week and managed to do a great job with everything. There was excellent communication and he knew exactly what to do. I would HIGHLY recommend him to do any job. My family was very happy with the way things came out.

John and his crew worked so hard throughout the entire job. They had to remove 2 layers of asphalt shingles and the original layer of cedar shingles, put down plywood and then re shingle. He put new flashing and new gutters. He was the only quote we got that recognized that the roof would no longer meet the house shingles and he was prepared to solve that problem.

John returned my calls promptly, unlike many contractors today. He even came out the same day looked at the job and called me with an estimate. The job was in Connecticut and I live in another state and couldn't be there for another week. John showed up and completed the job when he said he would and to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use him again.
