Rick was the ultimate professional from the get go! He returned my call promptly and was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful in setting up a time to assess the work needed to be done. He and his partner worked efficiently and carefully in hauling out quite a bit of stuff from our garage. The price was fair and reasonable (and I live in NYC and I know how costly a lot of this work can be!) I'm hoping to hire Rick again later in the summer to help with more junk removal for our home. I would recommend East Side Junk removal to anyone looking for a service that is highly professional and friendly, to boot!

They were not daunted by the challenges, they just tackled them with no complaints. They removed six appliances through tight spots from first and second floor, to get them out of the house, quickly and efficiently. Will be using their services again.

Rick and his team came to the house on two occasions, both times they were prompt, efficient, friendly, & helpful. Items of all sizes and shapes had to be taken out of an attic and several storage areas - they made a difficult job as easy as it could have been!

Rick and his team were very efficient and fast. Even though they had to take some very heavy, bulky item up a flight of stairs from our cellar, it didn't slow them down at all. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact we plan to ask them to help us clean out our attic.
